Large charming cottage on the edge of the mountain with a lovely view over Storsjöbygden. In the house, there are all amenities that make the accommodation easy and pleasant. In winter, it is a stone's throw to the ski slope and access to cross-country skiing tracks as well as snowmobile trails in the absolute vicinity. During the bareland season, you can hike directly up the mountain. Bydalsfjällen is 20 min car distance with a wide range of activities. After a day of activities, it is nice to relax in the jacuzzi on the terrace.

Strandstugan in Klövsjö

House with its own jetty and views of the clover lake and ski slope. Here you live cozy with fireplace, functional and spacious kitchen, several beds (6) distributed on two bedroom upper floor. Slalom is only a couple of minutes away and cross country tracks are both in the village and on top of Klövsjöfjäll. The hot tub is lovely and wood is included in the rent. Ice fishing equipment is available. In winter, the road is plowed down to the house if needed and winter equipped car is a prerequisite for smoothly getting there.

Cozy cottage by Storsjön

Relax in this unique and quiet home located only 15 min from Östersund and 25 min from Åre/Östersund airport. 1h drive to Åre or Bydalen. The cottage is located on the south-facing shore of the Great Lake. Linen and towels is included in the price. Friggebod with 4 extra beds. Canoe and wood-fired hot tub are available to rent for an additional cost and as agreed. Wood is not included in the price. Available for purchase at, for example, gas stations. Fresh villa of 143 square meters

Villa in family-friendly Sånghusvallen, just outside Östersund. It sleeps 4-5 people with room for more. With soccer goals, countless footballs, trampoline and hot tub on the spacious terrace, there is something to do for most in the family. In the garden you will also find fresh spices, strawberries, wild strawberries and other small and good summer time. We moved in late 2020 so we dare say that the property corresponds to the vast majority of expectations you can have on a newly built house.

Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Back to nature? Away from work and the crowd? When you arrive at our home you will enjoy the enormous space and tranquility. At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book? You can do this in front of the fireplace in the easy chair or on the couch watching Netflix. You start an endless walk in the forest behind the house.

Located within a 30 minutes drive from Östersunds citylife and pristine wilderness of Oviken Mountains you find Bjärme lined up by forests and open fields. The cabin has a modern Scandinavian feel to it and you can literally enjoy the northern lights during the winters right on your doorstep. Next to the cabin soak in the private jacuzzi. A wood-fired sauna is available for extra relaxation and peace - the perfect retreat for relaxation and tranquality.

Here you stay in a relaxing environment close to everything. Large generous multi-story house with ski-in/ski-out right by the ski bridge at Hildings hill. The plot borders the ski slope, so more ski-in/ski out it can't be. In summer, autumn and spring you have hiking trails around the corner. Central yet somewhat secluded location. Lovely and large terrace overlooking Hovdetoppen and the passport. Rustic with lovely decor details.
