Great place and exactly what we were looking for. Clean, very new and modern. In a quiet neighborhood but close to town and walkable to the grocery store. Even had nice view of the mountains out the window. Charlotta was friendly and easy to communicate with and a great host. We’d definitely stay again.

På övervåningen är ett fullt utrustat pentry (induktionshäll, mikro och kylskåp) och två sovalkover - en med två 80 cm sängar och den andra med två 70 cm sängar, som går att sätta ihop till dubbelsängar. Soffa och TV i den ena sovalkoven. Kontorsplats för uppkoppling av dator till skärm och wifi. Fin turterräng bakom huset med väg ner till Helgesjön (2 km) och skoterled till Fröå gruva (8 km).

Vi hyr ut vårt charmerande gästhus (attefall) som ligger i skogen högst uppe i Solbringen ovanför Åre på sluttningen av Totthummeln. Liten stig till byn, 20 min gångavstånd ned och ca det dubbla (och lite svett på pannan) på vägen hem upp. Gästhuset ligger med anslutning till Solstigen som går runt Totthummeln - det perfekta boende för den som vill naturen, skogsluft och en rofylld vistelse - men som samtidigt vill kunna gå till restauranger inne i Åre.

Många som bott hos oss påpekar just den vackra vyn över sjö och fjäll och tystnaden. Vi har även en pålande bäck som rinner intill stugan som skapar ett lugnande ljud som våra gäster påpekat och tycker om. WiFi finns i stugan. Stuga ligger på vår hustomt med trevlig belägenhet 15 min biltur från Östersund. Stugan har 2 enkel sängar och en bäddsoffa. Eget kök, dusch/toalett. Golvvärme. Parkering på vår uppfart.

Flott gammel «stuga». Koselig sted, alt var topp for oss som skulle overvære storsjø-cup , og ikke ville ligge på camping- men trekke oss tilbake mellom slagene.

Carins ställe var mycket bättre än vad vi hade väntat oss. Rent, fräscht, perfekt läge med bil till skidbackarna. Förutom detta var Carin en mycket trevlig person som svarade vänligt på våra frågor. Rekommenderar starkt detta boende och vi hoppas komma tillbaka hit under vår/sommar

Vi hade jättetrevliga dagar i denna mysiga stuga. Fin miljö och nära till att ta fina fjällturer med längdskidorna. Jenny skickade tydliga instruktioner som gjorde det enkelt att hitta och ta sig in i stugan, svarade snabbt och var alltid hjälpsam. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka! 🌞🏔️

Hej, värmen var inte på när vi kom till boendet men Torkel gjorde allt han kunde för att hjälpa oss och värmen kom till slut tack vare Torkels insats.

Mycket trevligt boende i fin miljö. Kommunikationen med Roger och Torkel var bra. Vi hade problem med värmen och då kom Torkel och ordnade med det omgående. Bra läge i Huså. Enkelt att hitta. Fina rum och fina gemensamma utrymmen.
