On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

In winter you have snowmobile tracks right by the corner and 1h to Vemdalen,Klövsjö,Storhogna&Björnrike. Also about 1h to Åre. 5 minutes by car to the center where there are ICA,Systembolaget,Apotek, Restaurant,Health center etc. On the grounds, there is also a playground for children.
