Very nice apartment in Vemdalsskalet. Ski-in / ski-out about 50 meters to the slopes with the opportunity to easily slide down to the lifts “Väst Express” and “Pass Express”. Cross-country tracks at Klockarfjället 2.5 and 5 km are about 350 meters from the cabin. Restaurant available at the Pass Express lift. Fully equipped kitchen with large stove (integrated microwave), fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Coffee maker . The apartment is equipped with all possible facilities. Deck with great views with sun location from morning to afternoon.

Newly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment in turn-of-the-century apartment. Here you are close to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice skating rink, ski tracks on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. Cost is added for electric car charging (type 2 connector 16A), towels and bed linen. Cleaning is done by the tenant before checkout. Cleaning equipment is available. Permantet accommodation host family lives upstairs but has separate entry. Well met.

Smoke-free & animal-free, not allergy sanitized. Floors can feel chilly as well as hot water need to be flushed about 3 minutes before it arrives. Extra electric elements are available. Modern and charming little residence with large balcony and central location in Östersund. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with evening and afternoon sun. Total renovation was carried out in 2023, access to your own combined washing and drying machine, in the kitchen there are all necessities except dishwasher. The apartment is located in one of Östersund's quieter areas but only 5 minutes walk from the city center.

It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
