The best hotel room in the city ⭐️ Perfect for business when hotels are full! Nice for week commuters and rotary workers. Great value for money! Aesthetically great decorated and newly renovated basement room with a separate bathroom and entrance. New big bed, couch, 65 '' TV with AppleTV with all apps. Coffee maker, coffee/tea, kettle, kettle, fridge and microwave with grill and hot air. 200 meters to boutiques, restaurant, pub, pharmacy and hairdresser. Close to sea, water and hiking areas.

Idyllic old wooden villa from the 1930s with a magnificent view of the sea. It is a beautiful place to rent for tourists or others visiting this part of Norway. And it comes with a long-running family history. The kitchen and the bathroom have been completely renovated and have a top modern standard. The rest of the house keeps the historic charm with wooden walls and floors. The property is 2400 square meters. There is parking space for three cars. But the best: The view! You will love it!

Ny og fin sentrumsnær kjellerleilighet, som ligger kun 650 meter unna Leirvik sentrum. Det er 2,5 km til verftet, Aker. Det er flotte turområder i nærheten for deg som liker en spasertur. Kort vei til butikk, som også er søndagsåpen. Kjellerleiligheten er nyoppusset og sto ferdig juni 2024. Den består av kjøkken, stue m/sovesofa, bad og et soverom. Kjøkkenet er godt utstyrt med stort kjøleskap m/fryser, oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin. Sengetøy og håndkler er selvsagt inkludert.
