Entrance hall, spacious double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath, reception room (including kitchenette and wood burning stove). Wifi, Smart TVs in bedroom and reception room. Sonos speakers throughout. Off street parking for one car. Great location for cycling, golf, walking and exploring. 12 minutes drive from Colchester station.

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. Our small orchard has 2 x cherry, plum, 3 x pear, 2 x apple, greengage, apricot, mulberry, medlar and olive. We also have two 2 x raspberry, loganberry, Japanese wine berry and our own hops

Fantastic fully refurbished cottage in the heart of one of Suffolk’s prettiest villages with stunning views of the Box Valley. One end of the cottage has a large modern kitchen and dining area with direct views and access to a beautifully relandscaped garden, and at the other is a wonderfully comfortable and cozy sitting room with log burner. From the well-furnished bedrooms that share an immaculate bathroom are views of Stoke church, made famous by John Constable, and Polstead Village.
