Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Lakeside house with fantastic view

Comfortable and well located house in Hasthagen. Good communications with bus 71 and 401 with 20 min to Slussen and Stockholm city. The house has two bedrooms and is very suitable for a small family. Beautiful view over the Sickla lake and right on the border of the large recreational area Nackareservatet with endless trails for biking, running or skiing. 10 min bikeride to popular Hellasgarden with restaurant and rental of bike, skis, canoes as well as sauna with refreshing icebaths in winter!

Genomgående naturmaterial i avskalad nordisk stil som suddar ut gränsen mellan ute och inne. Huset ligger avskilt på sjötomt på ön Tranholmen - en bilfri idyll som skiljs med ett smalt sund från Norra Djurgården och Stocksund. Ön nås med färja (8 min) från Ropsten där tunnelbanan går. Vintertid gångbro till ön.

Idyllic Tranholmen is a car-free island a few kilometers from central Stockholm. Modern house with seaview, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi and an overall high standard. Close to nature, only 300 meters to child-friendly beaches, and close to public communications (5min walk to buses who takes about 45min to Stockholm central). 30 min drive with car to Stockholm central.
