It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. The Apartment "Gallery" is a luxury apartment newly renovated in July 2024. Situated just above the "Sunset beach" in Lapad bay area.You will have: whole apartment (75m2) for yourself, dinning terrace (30m2), chill-out terrace (50m2) / a private garden area and a private parking. Apartment is part of the "Marijan” gallery built by Marijan Kockovic, a world renowned artist. Spend your holiday in an artistic environment, surrounded by cypress tree forrest and 50 marble and bronze sculptures.

Lady L studio apartment with a sea view is a balance comfort with luxe, the practical with the desirable and the seasoned with tactile art. Little gem hidden in Dubrovnik. The apartment offers breakfast as an additional option in the Rixos hotel, which is located 300 meters from the apartment, with an additional charge of 30 euros per person. Breakfast at the Rixos Hotel is a buffet with a beautiful panoramic view.

With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.
