Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

Welcome to the quaint and happy town of Ephrata. Our cottage is exactly a one mile walk from downtown eateries and activities. Take the sidewalk or the picturesque Linear Park rail trail straight to Main Street. The famous Green Dragon outdoor market (on fridays) is a couple miles away. Many nearby parks and markets attract locals and tourists alike. We had fun decorating the cottage with a bright, industrial and camera/photo theme. We look forward to hosting you.

Our stay at Theresa's was incredible and completely blew away our expectations. We are very thankful and lucky to be able to stay and enjoy Memorial day weekend at such a nice house and farm. The place was spotless and very well decorated and organized. My family couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was. Theresa was very responsive and we felt welcomed like no other Airbnb before. She left us a thoughtful welcome gift and we appreciated her kindness. Definitely an unforgettable stay and trip we'll cherish!

We came to Ephrata for our family wedding. Elizabeth’s home was a beautiful stay. It was very clean, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and very convenient. We were 10-17 mins away from our family which was so convenient. We would definitely book again.

Little Haven Acres

This place was our first Airbnb experience and it exceeded expectations. The apartment is clean, very nicely decorated, modern, and homey. To add to that Linette surprised us with snacks, plastic cutlery, paper plates and paper bowl options, as well as real plates for the choice. We were able to use the combo toaster oven/convection oven to cook some chicken for lunch so that was nice. To add to all of this our car experienced a huge hiccup upon departure at 6:45 am and Linette and her husband hurried out to meet us (although we both hoped it would be on different circumstances), and helped us with what we needed after YouTubing haha. The little farm with chickens, a baby goat named Sully was just the icing on the cake. Our daughter loved it as did her cousin whom we had with us as well. They are 15 to provide reference. So it was fun for all. THANK YOU again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tonya’s home. Her farm is beautiful, the house was very cozy and clean. Tonya was a wonderful host, very responsive and willing to provide anything we needed. We met her family and they were all very friendly and nice to talk to. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy nature, while being just a car ride away from Downtown Lancaster and other small towns.

This tiny home was beautiful! It was everything it promised to be and honestly, it was bigger than expected on the inside! We very much enjoyed all the snacked and baked cookies that the hosts left for us. Even when our event got cancelled, me and my partner had fun just staying in and being cozy. House comes with games too! The outside view is also extremely relaxing and beautiful to have a late brunch outside. The horses and birds were a great plus! Would come again :)

Having stayed in many different places…. I can truly say that Lucinda went above and beyond beyond expectations to accommodate our unusual travel arrival and departure. The unit itself was even better than anticipated and suited our needs precisely. Central AC was a major upgrade over the typical split or window units typically found in this area. Since this was a business trip; easy access to the turnpike was a major plus, and yet when sitting on the back deck overlooking the Amish farmlands and one room schoolhouse…. One can’t help but feel far removed from the stresses of the world. We will absolutely be returning… and Thank you for sharing your home with us Lucinda.
