The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof. Until then possible workemissions.

Quiet accommodation near the city of Zurich with a garage parking space on the seventh floor (2 elevators available) with a view into the distance and into the greenery. Zurich main station is reachable by bus and train in less than 30 minutes, Zurich Airport in 40 minutes. From the bus station to the house it's just a 1 minute walk. There are buses every 30 minutes from 05:30 till midnight.

The house is situated in a small natural oasis in the middle of the city. There is a lot to do and discover. Enjoy the time in the large natural garden, treat yourself to a refreshing dip in the beautiful large natural pool and in the modern sauna house. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
