Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Olive Tree House

Welcome to our traditional stone house located in Velanidia. Our house comfortably accommodates 4 guests in two bedrooms, with an additional space for 1 person in the common area. The stone walls and the high ceilings keep the temperature cool and provide a peaceful stay during the summer months. Our house and the village is surrounded by wonderful olive-tree landscapes and is located in a short distance from some incredible beaches. Don't miss the chance to explore Messinia’s beauty!

Agrilia Luxury Studio -view to Navarino bay

Luxury Studio 45 sq.m. in an estate of 18,000 sq.m. of olive trees and rose garden estate. It consists of one large bedroom, one large bathroom accessible with wheel-chair and a fully equipped kitchenette. This separated STUDIO is an ideal privacy and relaxation resort. It has an amazing sea view to Navarino bay, a swimming pool and it is located in the middle of a unique landscape. No stairs / fully accessible from the parking area to the studio and the swimming pool and garden.

Character stone cottage house

A small stone house amidst olive trees situated in a large private property with amazing sea view where guests can find peace and quietness. The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events . While staying with us they will be able to also enjoy some of our organic fruits and vegetables, home made goat cheese, fresh eggs, olive oil and olives.

The bed is 100% handmade from oak. Bedding is 100% cotton and mattresses are Bio-memory. This characteristic vacation spot is suitable for those seeking authentic places to spend their holidays in nature. The studio is left empty and ventilated for 24h ahead of each stay.

Semiramis Azurro: Lovely apartment with pool

Semiramis Azurro is the ground floor of the Villa's Blu guest apartments. It has a private entrance, a living room with television, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and a closet. In the closet there are a hairdryer, an iron for your clothes and an ironing board. The rooms are bright, overlooking the terrace from which you can see the garden and the swimming pool.

Stavroula's Country House

A very cosy ground floor apartment in Varakes of Mesinia. 30min from the famous Costa Navarino hotel and just 15min from golf area. The house is in the midle of olive trees farm and you can enjoy the nature of the south-west Greece. It's very quiet and in safe distance from other buildings.
