DINING; Large oval dining table can accommodate 4 people comfortably. 2 matching chairs are located at the bedroom desk/ work station. LIVING SPACE; Cushioned sectional that easily converts to a double bed (accommodates 2 adults). Most nights my boyfriend and I like to leave it converted for extra comfort while watching tv. The bed extender easily pulls out from underneath the sofa. The chaise contains a mattress topper, linens, pillows and a quilt for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this King sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high but my 5 foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness.. which can be had if you open the windows and carefully slide the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't get them pinched! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the designated button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of more storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control of the smart tv above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall to wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers.. other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels and much more. WORK DESK/ MAKEUP STATION; Large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and note pads are located in the right drawer. you'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you ll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout band's, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/ bulky. BATHROOM: Contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels for all guests will be available. A bucket with a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used at your discretion. BALCONY; 2 chairs and convertible table are located outside. 2 matching chairs are in living room for versatility and to accommodate 4 guests on the balcony. My stay was amazing! Space was cozy, very clean and beautiful views outside. Location is close to everything I needed to visit. My only negative is the water pressure in the shower was ridiculously low. Made it very hard to shower. Not sure if its normally that low or if it was just my luck. Thankfully the owners responded quick to try to help solve the problem, but I was there for a short time and gone most of the day to try to resolve. Nonetheless, I would definitely come back and stay here!

The Appartment and facilities were as advertised. It was nicely organized and calm. Gio was wonderful and provided us with many recommendations and was above and beyond. I would stay here again and highly recommend it for others.

I had an excellent stay! Hector is exceptionally friendly and responsive, communicating fluently in both English and Spanish. The house is exactly as depicted in the photos. Conveniently, there’s a gas station within walking distance for snacks and drinks, as well as nearby restaurants you can easily walk to. The beach is just steps away, offering a perfect location. For solo female travelers, the gated property and secure locks provide a great sense of safety. I’m already looking forward to returning!

J's place was well situated between the beaches and town center. We could walk almost everywhere. We LOVED how quiet it was after traveling around PR, which can get pretty loud. his place was very clean and spacious too.

This is an exceptional Airbnb in terms of location and space. The photos on the Airbnb website do not do this place justice. The neighborhood was quiet, and easy to navigate. Coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and beaches were within a few minutes walk. We were grateful for the small details the hosts had considered, including beach items, insulated cocktail glasses, and portable speakers. When we had a minor issue, the hosts responded to our message within minutes. If we return to Rincón, we will definitely seek out this space again!

Vicky and Mike couldn’t have been better hosts! The house was spacious, clean and quiet! Close to everything! The hosts were quick to respond to every question we had and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood beach was about two blocks away and has a great little food spot right on the beach!! Try Pizzería Estela!! Eat their food, drink their drink and listen to their music all while watching the sunset! The house was more than enough space for our family of four. Bathrooms were clean and the outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach! Rincon was awesome and we’d definitely stay at La Casa Sunshine again!!

Don’t hesitate, book it! Our family of 6 just left Z’s place! We were there for 5 nights and let me tell you that we didn’t want to leave! Location: perfectly close to everything. The town of Rincon is about a 10 min walk away, the beach at the end of the street is very convenient for catching a sunset or having a nice relaxed beach day as it is not crowded, you feel like you have your own private beach, supermarket les than 2 mins away, right across the street there are some food trucks (highly recommend - we woke up and walked to the coffee truck a few mornings), location was amazing! Mexican restaurant in town was delicious. The home: amazing spacious cozy home, honestly felt like it was our home away from home. Backyard pool/bbq area beautiful and relaxing. Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were great. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Beach towels chairs umbrella, cooler. Hope you enjoy Z’s home as much as we did! Would definitely stay here again. TY Z!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Casa Menta. It’s at a great location, quiet and calming but close to the busyness and fun of Rincon. It was nice to know there was everything we could need: coffee, towels, bug spray, TVs for the kids. We loved the back porch and the gated front yard. Something to note: we (and our three young kids) were all woken up both nights at 4 AM by the caged rooster in the neighbors backyard. He crowed for atleast half an hour if not an hour.

This is a beautiful pristine home inside and out with everything you need to have a relaxing stay.We got a tour of the home when we arrived we felt at home the beds are very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. We did get lost getting to the property but the host was available and took the call we made to him and he guided us by phone to the home. There are horses up the road that my grandson and family enjoyed feeding. There is a restaurant very close to the home that we ate at it has outside seating and good food. I would definetly stay at this home again

Got to hear live music, eat good food, go for a run, do yoga. Everything was close and accessible. Loved everything about it.

We had a great stay in Isabela, Puerto Rico! We were visiting family and wanted to spend some time on the beach. The condo is in a perfect location—right on the beach and just a short walk to great beach bars and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable, and had functioning A/C, which made it easy to relax after a day in the sun. Check-in was seamless, and the host had clearly anticipated everything we needed. The staffed security gate at the entrance gave us extra peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Herman's condo was the perfect home away from home for our first visit to Puerto Rico. My husband, myself and our two teens just spent six nights there and wouldn't change a thing. The unit is very spacious with master bed and bath, second bed and bath, living room, sitting area, dining room, kitchen, and a beautiful balcony that overlooks the infinity pool and ocean. Despite quite the number of units on the property, it was very peaceful, and we never found ourselves at the pool with more than 10 others. This is a perfect location to be able to visit all the beaches on the West Coast and Cascada Gozalandia. We've already said that we will be back to Puerto Rico and we will be staying at Herman's again!
