Our holiday house offers you a lot of space on 70 square meters and with 3 rooms. It is only 500 meters walk from the bathing island and has a beautiful garden with large awning. House is in a quiet side street. The sun shines in the garden all afternoon in the summer and so it is beautifully bright in the living area and the bedrooms are shaded. Directly at the garden entrance there is a narrow parking lot about 1.80 meters wide. Bikes can be parked in the shed.

The apartment is very cute, cozy, and indeed you can see Solveig's touch in it! Every time I'll come to Hannover I'll repeat. Last but not least, Solveig is extremely kind and helpful. A great host! We were guests at Andreas' for the first time. The apartment is modernly decorated and well equipped. The location is quiet and everything is within walking distance. The bathing island is about 6 minutes away and the promenade is comfortably reached in about 15 minutes. Andreas gave us excursion tips that we were happy to put into practice. :) Communication was straightforward and very friendly. We highly recommend this vacation rental.

The apartment is close to the tram stop, so it only takes about 10 minutes to get to Hanover Central Station. Above all, the apartment is very clean, warm and cozy, which has everything you need. At night the apartment is very quiet, so I was able to rest properly. Also, the Oskar is a very nice tenant, he always responds quickly and nicely. I would love to visit again when in Hanover!👍

Very nice location, right on the Steinhuder Meer! The apartment was very nice, it had everything I needed and looked exactly as it did in the photos. Check-in went very well. However, I find €60.00 for final cleaning a bit much for the small apartment.
