Our home is in a single-family settlement and is quiet. You can park right in front of the house. A spiral external staircase with 21 steps leads into the apartment from which you have a beautiful view of the place and the elevator An der Finne. They come directly to the bedroom with three slopes and a skylight above the bed. Here you will also find the TV, a seating area (extendable sleeping chair) and the shower. A frosted sliding door leads to the kitchen-living room with fridge, dishwasher, cooking facilities (without oven) and wardrobe. Dishes, toaster, coffee maker, kettle are in the kitchen cabinet. The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Welcome to our newly renovated 80 m² (860 sq ft) vacation apartment. As of May 2026, the apartment is newly available for rent. It has been almost completely renovated, from the floors to the bathroom to the kitchen. When putting together the inventory, I placed a particular emphasis on quality and value. In the middle of vineyards lies the Albanus house at the foot of the Schweigenberg, a southern slope in the Saale/ Unstrut. It was built in 1906 from a simple one that had existed since 1804 vineyard house to a so-called "Swiss house" with large slate roof and pergola.
