The location is fantastic overall, as it is a very wooded and watery environment with many cycling& hiking trails. Please remember that the cottage is secluded, the location is especially suitable for recovering from everyday life and work. Berlin can be reached by car in about 1 hour, by public transport in about 1 1/2 hours. Shopping: approx. 12 minutes

Quiet in the countryside, only a few meters away from the water and yet you are in the center in 25 minutes - whether by car or public transport. Perfect place to relax after an exciting day in the capital. On the other side a true dog paradise with lots of nature for extensive walks, for paddle and bike tours on the Havel or the Havel bike path. There are swimming spots and playgrounds.

Our house is located just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a conservation area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, Wi-Fi, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

Our apartment is located in the idyllic Dahme-Seen area in a quiet, natural location between forest and water. Many excursions are within easy reach. (Forest hikes, natural swimming beaches, boat & fishing tours, trips to the Spreewald, Tropical Island and the city of Berlin) Shopping, bakery, restaurants, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, are within walking distance. The highway connection (A10 / A 12) is about 10 minutes away.

Relax in this special and quiet space. The wooden house is located on about 900 m2 of water property. It is kept simple but there is nothing missing that you need to relax in nature. Private water access, campfire and a 16m2 covered outdoor terrace that can be used as a second living room to chill outdoors and overlooks the Havel. The house offers a total of 3 beds in the living room, as well as a kitchen and dressing room.
