Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

Det Gamle Garnbinderi ligger helt fantastisk i Klintholm Havn 100 meter fra øens bedste strand og 500 meter fra MEGET børnevenlig strand. Huset er indrettet hyggeligt med respekt for husets historie. Der er et nyt køkken og skøn gårdhave. Huset er oplagt til to familier, som ønsker at holde ferie sammen. Køkkenet rummer alt, hvad der er brug for til at lave skøn mad til hele familien. Den hyggelige gårdhave indbyder til mange timers hygge og grill. Skulle det regne er der overdækket terrasse.

Det gamle dueslag

Tag hele familien med til denne fantastiske bolig. Det gamle dueslag er lige blevet fuldt renoveret, efter at tiden har stået stille i 35 år. Det var nemlig i slutningen af 80'erne, man stoppede med at bruge bygningen til duer og høns, og som idag står nyrenoveret af 80% genbrugs materialer, der skulle være smidt ud på byggepladser, men som istedet blev brugt til at bygge denne sjove lille bolig. Boligen ligger lige i centrum af Sjælland og øerne, med 1 lille times kørsel til bla. kbh.

Vidunderligt landhus i skønne omgivelser

Med naturen i baghaven er der plads til afslapning på et højt niveau. Udenfor døren er der adgang til en fantastisk have med fuglefløjt og charme. Huset ligger tæt på vandet, Præstø by, skovtårnet og det naturskønne Møn, så der er god mulighed for oplevelsesrige udflugter. Jeg bor selv i et andet hus på grunden. Nyd aftensolen på udendørsarealet med en god kop kaffe og en skøn bog - eller lige det, du har brug for.
