Great place for a larger group! Great location for skiing and going to downtown Steamboat.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area, the house was super cozy and very clean. Me and my friends stayed here for skiing and it was a really convenient distance from the parking lot to the lifts! Would absolutely recommend!

The house is nice and spacious! We loved grilling on the porch and playing games in the huge backyard!

Jay and Shelley’s place was a perfect fit for my wife and me. Our daughter and Diana’s brother stayed with us and we all had plenty of room. The ease of moving our gear from our snowmobiling trailer and truck into the cabin was very easy. No stairs, elevators and only a few steps to front door. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had room to park our snowmobile trailer in his main yard by the corrals. We will definitely be looking at staying here again. 😊

Tom was a wonderfully hospitable host and his home was set up perfectly for my family and I. He was so kind to recommend his favorite restaurants and hiking spots. The walkability of the house to downtown and to nearby trails was AWESOME!👏 Tom was also so kind & thoughtful to provide us with a Pack n play for our little one which helped us greatly for nap times!

The home was absolutely delightful. The furnishings and decor were comfy and welcoming. The location was fantastic—next to a park, about 1/2 mile to town, and a 15-minute drive to the slopes. The kitchen was well-equipped - one of the best kitchens I have stayed in (I have been doing short-term rentals for 15+ years and typically rent 10-15 per year). Also, the beds were SUPER comfortable, with sumptuous linens. The yard was large and had lots of room for our fur baby. It would be great to dine outside and hang out in the spring and summer.

We loved this house and had stayed here before. Perfect layout for my husband and I, our three kids and my parents. My parents enjoyed the downstairs master. Very walkable to shops and restaurants in downtown steamboat and beautiful neighborhood. An added bonus was that we were able to bring our dog.

We had a lovely stay! Well decorated and appointed condo with lovely views of the ski mountain on the front patio and balcony. Dana kept the kitchen well stocked and even had pasta and sauce, oats, and granola bars available. Bed is comfy. The sound proofing for upstairs is not as good, as we heard them loudly vacuuming and moving furniture around in the morning, but ear plugs were provided to help with some of that. It did get a bit hot in the bedroom since it was 90+ degrees outside, but the fans were great. Overall lovely stay with lots to do the area during the summer - great restaurants 5-10 minute drive away, close to downtown, close to kayaking, water activities, and multiple hot springs!

Cathie was very easy to communicate with before and throughout our stay. The view from the little patio was so beautiful, so close to the gondola and a 10 minute drive to everything downtown. We didn’t use the shuttle but saw it stop down the street. Were nervous about Ubers/lyfts in the area but were lucky and didn’t have any issues. When we woke up with a flat tire right before check out, and Cathie was flexible with our exit time which we were so appreciative of! Overall great stay in Steamboat Springs 😊

We go to Steamboat every year and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The entire place is perfectly curated to meet all your vacation needs, the location is great and easy to access, and the views are unmatched. Jolene is the most responsive host we have ever had on Airbnb and although I want this place to stay a secret so we can always stay there, this is a true home away from home.

We really enjoyed staying a month at Steve's place. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet very walkable. Steve's place is very well equipped and perfect for two people. We will happily come back.

The place was just like the photos on the listing. Comfortable for our family of 4 for our long weekend ski vacation. Plenty of room and it was nice to have access to the ski locker for our skis. Kitchen was well stocked to cook breakfast each morning before a full day of skiing. Easy ski out. A little bit of a hike back up a hill at the end of the day to the unit if you choose to ski back. There is shuttle to and from the base but it doesn’t run after 5:30 we figured out. Plenty of parking if you rent a car. We were happy to have a car to head into town each night It was a treat to be slope side.

We loved it. Easy on and off the slopes, easy check in, quiet condo.

Enjoyed our time at the property. Great location with lots of options for food and activities within walking distance. Sandra was professional and responsive. Enjoyed our stay and would like to return in the future.

Condo was clean, kitchen fully stocked stocked making cooking easy, the extra fans were super helpful in the kids room. Loved the trails and close fishing. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was as described and comfortable. We loved the view and quietness in particular. Although you’re a short drive from downtown, by the end of our stay I was glad we chose the relative solitude and the ease of access to some nice walking trails over being closer to the action. Overall would highly recommend.

Troy's condo is one of our favorite stays and we have been to many. It is extremely well equipped, has incredible views and is as comfortable as any place we've stayed. We'd return here in a nanosecond. Troy responds to questions et al more quickly than any host we've had over the years. Definitely a five star stay.

My husband and I have a wonderful stay in Steamboat at Erin’s condo. The location was perfect! We enjoyed quiet mornings with coffee and breakfast overlooking the mountain. The condo was in a beautiful area of town and very easy to navigate. The space was perfect for us. We opted to rent a car which was a great decision given that the downtown was a 10 min drive and the mountain under 5! We would absolutely recommend Erin’s condo!
