The apartment is very organized, equipped and extremely clean and fragrant. Well sanitized towels and bedding. Nice and comfortable space. The main bathroom shower is simply wonderful. The condominium is very beautiful, very large swimming pool, has a restaurant near the pool and on the door there is a spike/hamburgueria and açaí. Aline always very caring and attentive, the pampering gives an even more special touch of her care. My family loved it and we're already looking to get back.

The apartment is not so close to the waterfront, but everything in Aracaju is easy and quick to get to. The apartment is very large. It has a bedroom with air conditioning, while the others have fans. Very well-equipped apartment kitchen (sandwich maker, pots, including couscous maker, refrigerator, etc. - it just doesn't have an air fryer). Clean bathroom. Electric shower in the suite. Living room with TV, sofa, dining table. Sérgio let us arrive before check-in and we agreed on a price so we could leave after checkout. Sérgio handed over the keys to the apartment and the entrance, and gave a lot of support. I walked to my place of competition. Quiet neighborhood. Great value grocery store on the corner of the street. Pharmacy nearby and affordable. I recommend it.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...

Tips for those who are far away and are by car: 1- market, butcher shop and restaurant, I recommend Hipercarnes da Rotatória, it is before you get to the bridge. 2 - Tourism: In the apartment, there is a wall with tourist point cards. - Heading AL along the road that passes in front of the condominium, you will arrive at the plant with the wind turbines. - Downtown: you can enjoy the beaches: Praia dos Artistas, Praia da Atalaia and Praia de Aruana. - BA direction, you arrive at Orla do Por do Sol, hire a catamaran or a speedboat and go to Croa do Gore, I highly recommend this tour! - Continuing towards BA, there is the Tambaqui lagoon and further on you reach Saco beach, well bordered by BA, there it has calm waters and the little church in the photo in the apartment. I recommend hiring a buggy and taking a ride in the dunes, it's very good. - the canyons of the xingo, inner feeling. **Sergipe surprised me, beautiful location and low prices**
