Great location. The best part of this hosting, undoubtedly, was the service of the collaborators. They were great, thoughtful.. there's a really nice restaurant too.

I was surprised by the cleanliness and organization of the place, very clean and few furniture with ample space in the room. I thought it might be hot at night, but it sells a lot, I didn't even have to open the window vent for the bedroom to have a nice weather. Place is beautiful and spacious. Yan is very good people and always helpful, I felt right at home and was well attended. The energy of the place is very good and Yan is always in high spirits.

Excellent stay, Villa Conduru is beautiful, Preá is passionate, breakfast was served by Jana who always welcomed us with great affection, host Andrea always very professional and requests. Anyway everything excellent, I intend to return soon.

We had a great stay at the house! Everything was very well organized and the place is super cozy! From the beginning we were welcomed by the host already in the initial contacts by airbnb and her team. In addition, we were very well received by Bete, who prepared daily breakfast and delicious lunches! The beach is very quiet, has restaurants and options nearby, and you can relax a lot. The view from the house to the beach is amazing! I highly recommend it!

Superb house, ideally located, very nice (a small outdoor lounge/aperitif area at the end of the day would be great ). Good breakfasts. Staff and caretaker available. Cleanliness and pool maintenance to review. And for 16, the pool is missing.

We love the accommodation, home comfortable, clean and beautiful! The room is cozy, clean, smells! Laura gave us full attention and Sil and Márcia attentive and helpful! They can come without fear! We recommend!

Regiane and Filho served our employees well, it was very proactive and the house internally is according to the photos. It was super worth it, yeah. Just details of the hot water, but nothing that prevents a good stay

A true oasis on Praia do Preá! Our experience at Casa Estrela do Mar was exceptional and we already missed getting up early and having coffee on the balcony with the stunning sea view. Rodolphe has been kind and helpful since booking. Alany and Ayla have welcomed us and provided an amazing stay. They took care of the house's organization and prepared a delicious breakfast daily, full of fresh fruit and freshly made options. The gardener visited every morning to clean the pool and keep the environment always pleasant. Both check-in and check out were smooth. The location is good, just 25 minutes walk from the center of Preá, with good nearby restaurants and great delivery options. Kitchen is well equipped for dining and comfortable beds. The locals are extremely polite and welcoming. We will definitely be back soon! Finally, our thanks to this team that gave us unforgettable days.

The house corresponds to the ad, has a bathroom in all the bedrooms and the kitchen utensils help in the preparation of the food. The setbacks we've had with water or plumbing have been resolved. Great place to come with family in privacy.

The place is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the kitchen area is spectacular, overlooking the pool, the wooded backyard, the furniture and decor are in very good taste and it seems to me that each one has a story. I loved it. I loved the paintings and the decor of the room. The highlight is Mentinha's sensational service. She is very attentive, charismatic, takes great care of everything and makes you feel at home, in addition to the incredible breakfast well served, with many options. Mentinha's husband is a taxi driver and takes tours, both with a lot of patience lol and very attentive. The only catch is that it doesn't have a microwave and I missed it a lot. A note about the photos in the listing, although the house has access to Lagoa do Paraíso, it is not possible to swim or use the sand part, as there is a lot of bush around and in the water, but this does not diminish the great experience in this incredible lagoon because very close there are places (restaurants) with infrastructure that allow you to spend the day. Great for kids.
