The place is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well-maintained and with an excellent location. It is just a few minutes from the beach, which made our tours much easier. The bed is comfortable, the shower has good pressure and the kitchen is well equipped for quick meals. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Great option for those who want to rest with practicality and be close to the sea. I recommend it!

The Flat is very cozy, a quiet location, close to everything you need, it has everything we need around us and Darcylio is very helpful, he gave us all the right institutions, I will return more often!!!!

I went with my family and we loved it. The Flat, the Location to walk to various places. I just don't recommend it for couples with pets. Because the condominium does not accept the dog in the common areas, only in the apartment, in order not to leave the pet alone, the couple would need to take turns for the pool and other areas. But if you go in a group like me, you can take turns and everyone can enjoy it. We took advantage of it a lot. That was the only caveat in my case, that I have a pet. Apart from that all perfect.

First of all, from the beginning to the end of my stay in Fernanda's apartment, she was incredibly super attentive and helpful to the guest. Her apartment has an incredible view of Cabo Branco beach, both from the living room and the bedroom. The apartment is super equipped with kitchen utensils to prepare your meals. The hotel's premises are a well-organized place, all new and clean, and it is close to everything, bakery, market, restaurants and one of the main tourist spots in the city. Excellent location, right on the sand. We will return more often, simply the place is amazing.

House with many details and very comfortable. The air conditioning works well. Beautiful and very well-kept decor. The upstairs bedroom with the terrace is a luxury. The kitchen is integrated into the modern living room and has almost everything you need. Antonio was very attentive to making sure everything was perfect, and he was also very decisive and kind. It is located near (5 min) the shopping area and one of the beaches. You can also walk to many restaurants.

The flat is beautiful, with very tasteful decoration, clean and super fragrant linens, items that work excellently (especially Alexa, who did everything for me). About the host, he was super polite, gave all the necessary information, without stalling. The building has a beautiful penthouse! The pool is worth a visit. I stayed 7 days with my wife. Brand new apartment, well-equipped and clean! Super functional in a location at the end of Cabo Branco's waterfront, 2 km from the hustle and bustle. Quiet. Easy check-in and Fabi is very attentive! I recommend it.

We love the place. Extremely cozy, clean and very fragrant apartment. Soft towels, clean and fragrant bedding. Everything was spotless and well decorated. The view is wonderful, super ventilated. Very quiet building. The pool was clean. I went with my family because my daughter got married on Saturday. We took a lot of pictures there and they were beautiful. Camila is wonderful, she attended to us promptly. In João Pessoa, there is no better place to stay. I recommend it without a doubt.

The house was just like the photos. Super comfortable beds, rooms with blackout, where no light came in. Isadora responds instantly! The house has 3 levels, so there are a lot of stairs. It could only use 1 oven, my daughters love to bake cakes and they couldn't. Each room has its own bathroom, so it was quick to bathe the 11 people who stayed. I recommend this house!

The place was exactly as it was in the photo, everything clean and organized. Close to everything, and the beach behind was wonderful!!! We used the gym and it served us very well, as well as the pool area! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful!! Our observations are that there was no hanger to hang wet clothes (It is worth using the OMO laundry, simply perfect).
