An impeccable place. The penthouse is extremely well divided and cozy, with an inexplicable comfort. A breathtaking view. And the host thought of absolutely everything to provide a great experience, even comfortable bathrobes were available in the room. I'll definitely be back

The apartment was exactly as described. The block has several excellent restaurants and bars, which makes the apartment a great place for those who have some leisure time left. The park is great for a morning walk. Finally, José was helpful and clear in his communication. I recommend the stay.

This apartment is a little dream, compact in the most charming way. Every detail felt so thoughtful. From the curated design objects to the vintage furniture, everything had soul. We slept wonderfully up on the mezzanine, in the rose-colored bedding, which I really loved :) Waking up to that view each morning made it all feel a little cinematic. Vítor was incredibly kind, helpful, and always just a message away. The neighborhood felt safe, and getting around was super easy. Ubers were always nearby. There’s even a small washing machine for light laundry loads. Truly, this place had everything we needed and more. Highly, highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location couldn't be better, both reserved and private, but very close to excellent restaurants and a delicatessen that meets all our needs, including delivery. The house is extremely well cared for, offers everything you need and is perfect for relaxing, enjoying the fireplace and having a barbecue. Everything was simply amazing during our stay — but with a special addendum: Julia was exceptional. A real gem! It is definitely worth renting the house and hiring her service as an extra. It's off the curve! We were in a group of 15 people and we woke up to a delicious breakfast on the table. Julia prepared lunch with great affection and left dinner ready — we didn't need to leave the house for anything at all. It was a complete experience of comfort and relaxation. The house has everything you can imagine, it's even better than the photos, and the host Ivan was extremely helpful, attentive and careful with every detail. The experience we had there was indescribable. The only regret? We didn't stay longer! I didn't want to leave. 💛 We'll be back for sure and recommend it to the entire Airbnb community. Amazing stay! Close to everything; bakery, market, warehouse, subway, bus stop. Not to mention that next to the apartment there is a very famous restaurant with great prices that works until 2 or 3 a.m. So I felt super safe arriving late. It would always return!

The experience in the space was amazing. The atmosphere is exactly like in the pictures. Everything is extremely beautiful, well cared for and with great zeal. I thank Márcia for her hospitality and proactivity, always very polite and attentive. It has undoubtedly become one of my favorite places to stay. I just have to thank Fernanda for all the support she gave me. Location near downtown Lapa, you can walk easily, everything is nearby. The concierge was extremely polite to me, towels, bedding, extremely fragrant environment. My birthday in RJ was wonderful, and much of it has to do with this wonderful stay, I hope to return again.

Great location and easy to access. The condominium has a very good structure, including leisure and other services such as a cafeteria, pizzeria, convenience store, etc. The condominium has a beautiful view of the lake, which makes the stay even more pleasant. I was impressed with the care and functionality of the space. The apartment has everything anyone could need: a super-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, hood and even a wine refrigerator! Air conditioning working well, excellent shower and a very practical swivel TV, which can be used both from the bed and the sofa. In addition, the HDMI cable and plug already available are a great differential for those who want to connect a video game or notebook. The balcony is charming and the atmosphere is well thought out in every detail. Cleber was super attentive. I highly recommend it!
