My stay was extremely quiet and nice. The accommodation is excellent, very well located, with easy access to local shops, including supermarkets and other essential services. The environment is well planned and comfortable, ideal for two people. The kitchen is organized and functional, the bedroom is well structured and cozy, and the bathroom was impeccably clean, demonstrating care for the hygiene and maintenance of the space. Throughout the stay, I had no problems. The place conveys safety, comfort and tranquility. Without a doubt, I intend to return in future opportunities. I highly recommend this accommodation for its quality, location and excellent structure.

Very well located loft, a few minutes' walk from the city's main tourist attractions, such as the Cathedral, the Mercadão and Parque do Inga, among others. The apartment is well equipped, with a full bedding set and a variety of utensils available. The kitchen has a microwave, air fryer, coffee maker and induction stove. In the bathroom, items such as a hair dryer and towels ensure even more comfort. The loft's architecture is well-planned, providing a pleasant environment. The condominium's structure also deserves to be highlighted, offering a swimming pool with a whirlpool, a dry sauna and a well-stocked autonomous grocery store, ideal for small last-minute purchases. We love the experience and recommend it!

We will 100% stay here again. Its absolutely darling, clean, nicely furnished…the view on all levels is breath taking!!! The kitchen is nicely furnished and well equipped. The unit is centrally located…near the center of downtown and short drive to several nice shopping areas. Walking distance to several beautiful parks. The building is very secured and the door man is very nice and helpful as well. There’s a very larger grocery one block away. Parking is secured in a gated area or you can park on the street….We did both. The owner communication is stellar and gladly provided helpful information and additional pictures. The building is very quite…over 9 day we never passed anyone except building employees. The park across the block is loud with rappers and propaganda yelling til after midnight on the weekend. But nothing that can’t be covered with leaving the tv on low. You will NOT regret booking your stay here. Love Londrina.

We had a great time at João’s place! The apartment is very well located, right in the heart of Maringá, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. Communication was excellent—João provided clear and helpful instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and the space was just as described. I definitely plan to come back next time I’m in town. Highly recommended!
