Vacation rentals with lake access in State of Maranhão

The house is wonderful, cozy, decorated, spacious, well located, in front of Cesamar park, safe, we love the delicacy of the details, super complete, we love the gourmet area, swimming pool, everything impeccable. The hostess Débora is super polite and attentive. We left there already missing it, I highly recommend it and thank you very much!

I highly recommend it! The house is perfect, as beautiful as the listing. Very well equipped and spacious. 4 bedrooms with en-suites and all with air conditioning, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. There is air conditioning in the living room and also in the barbecue area. All spaces are comfortable, well-equipped and air-conditioned, we feel at home! There is also a pool on the ground floor and a balcony on the second floor, great for relaxing! The condominium is delightful, very beautiful, in the middle of nature and bordering the Preguiças River. We really enjoy being connected to nature, it also has a swimming pool, piggy, courts and concierge. We really liked the location, although it's not right in the riverside area, it's very close, we walked every day and it was super quiet. So, we thought it was great, because it's in a quiet area, away from the noise, but super close to restaurants and shops. Isabella was great, from the beginning she answered all our questions and during the stay she was always available for what we needed! 🥰

Bruno was very helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay. He made everything easy! He gave us directions and requested the purchase of the gallon of water before our arrival. The condominium is located a few minutes from downtown by car. There is a taxi station that always goes to pick up easily. The tour companies also pass through the condominium, which makes it much easier. The condominium has access to the Preguiça river, very calm and quiet. The house needs some minor repairs and a better cleaning, but it didn't hinder the experience at all. The air conditioning in all the suites worked very well and the bedding was in order. Bath towels were provided and were good too. The kitchen helped us with breakfast and was great with the sandwich maker, there's even an air fryer. I thought it was a great value and I hope to return more often.

A great stay for those looking for tranquility and rest. Anderson is a great host and has welcomed us very well, the house is exactly the same as in the pictures and has a great location, it is close to great baths and the restaurants that exist on site. We will definitely come back more often.

The nook in Ricardo's forest is amazing. It's sure we want to come back soon… From arrival to departure, everything exactly as in the pictures. In the photos does not appear to be so large and spacious. Anyway, even though it rained a lot in New Year's worth for sure it's 5 stars

The house is much more beautiful than in the photos! Super safe condominium, with extremely nice people! The house has the help of Dona Elma, who is a nice person! Always willing to help with anything! The location is great, minutes from Beira Rio! The condominium has a pier, where it was possible to pick us up for the tours! Hosts are always available, helping and giving tips on good places! I recommend the excellent accommodation to the entire Airbnb community!

José's apartment is an excellent choice in Barreirinhas. During the tours, we were always the first to be dropped off at home and the last to be picked up, which allowed us to sleep a little longer. This made a big difference! The condominium is modern, on the banks of the Preguiças River, and has a swimming pool, barbecue area and a privileged location. It is close to pharmacies, markets and the charming Rua Beira Rio, full of great restaurants. We were able to do everything on foot very easily. The host, José, is extremely friendly and attentive. He made himself available to help us with transfers and tours, which was a great advantage. I'm sure that by booking with them, you will have a great stay. Hope to be back soon!

Wonderful, the Rio Preguiças in the background is beautiful, great location, next to the bridge that gives access to the tours. I just missed a curtain in the kitchen window and on the living room balcony because anyone who passes by can take away our privacy, the rest is impeccable, I would stay again. Great host.

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is new, equipped with everything we need and was extremely clean. The view of the garden and the river is an attraction in itself. Beautiful. Super well located, you can walk to the downtown and Av. Beira Rio. The host contacted us in advance and was always available.

Very nice and clean place to stay. The pool and grounds are great and have direct access to the river. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, we were only there one night.

Perfect place, the ground road is bad for those who go by small car. Even so, it is well worth it because it is far away it becomes much more pleasant quiet and legal for those who seek privacy as a family or a friend. There's a bath behind the house that's perfect.
