Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. The Warm and Cozy Cottage is a small house with lots of charm! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard for kids to play and gig speed internet, the cottage is perfect for working and relaxing! The cottage is a 10 minute drive from downtown State College/PSU campus and there is a bike path and playgrounds nearby. Our house is NOT a party house and is a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

Looking for a place to rest your head? This is a nice quiet spot located in Centre Hall just 15 minutes away from Penn State Campus and 18 Minutes away form the stadium. This is a private studio with it's own private entrance and space for your convenience. Walk to downtown centre hall and grab a slice from the delicious Brother's Pizza. Fully furnished home near downtown State College

My home is very conveniently located close to downtown State College. You are a 2 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to campus and the stadium, as well as a 20 minute walk into the center of town. It's fully furnished from the kitchen to bathrooms and bedrooms-I hope I've thought of everything that any group would hope to find in their own homes! Parties and events aren't currently permitted due to Covid-19 and AirBNB's rules.
