You live in Starnberg, in the district of Percha on the edge of the nature reserve, surrounded by meadows, forest and the nearby Lake Starnberg. The 90qm duplex apartment is newly renovated, high quality and lovingly furnished. Shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to the lake in 10 minutes. It´s about 20 minutes to Munich by car or 40 minutes to Garmisch. Hiking, swimming, skiing, cycling or city tours - there are numerous excursion destinations in the Fünfseenland.

Retreat under the roof

A wonderful retreat. Only two stairs to climb before you enter your own little kingdom. Lovingly designed, flooded with light and very well equipped. 25 min South of Munich, in the countryside, quiet, and yet everything is within walking distance: Bakery, bank, supermarket, inn and pharmacy as well as the lake. There is parking in front of the house. Ideally suited for two people. There is a very cozy extra bed in the stairwell, but it is only suitable for guests with an affinity for climbing.

The elegantly furnished, light-flooded, large house for children aged 6 and over (272 sqm) is located 700 m from the lake, very idyllic, quiet, green, but centrally next to a beautiful forest. 4 - 5 rental bikes included (27, 27, 24, 24 and 21 gears), table tennis table, table football, fitness room with rowing machine, bike trainer, abdominal trainer, dumbbells and a wonderful, hidden garden. Enjoy life in this accommodation right next to supermarkets and 1 km from the city center and S-Bahn.
