The condo was beautiful and so peaceful and relaxing. We loved spending time on the balcony. William was kind enough to let us check in a bit early and check out a bit late which was very much appreciated! The pool and on site restaurant were incredible and extremely convenient. We loved being a quick (2mins) walk to the beach and the private chairs/umbrellas were amazing! We definitely recommend William and the Stanza Mare condominiums and hope to be back!

I was on vacation and found myself needing a different Air BNB very quickly and Julie was unbelievable! She was extremely helpful, accommodating, and was able to get me in on the same day. The unit was very nice, had a beautiful view, and steps from the beach. I can’t wait to visit again!

A beautiful two story house. It has so much to offer just in walking distance. The beach is one minute walk away. Great restaurants and shops just 5 minutes from the house. Me and my family loved this place. We wish we could have stayed there longer. Definitely recommend it. We will be back. Thank you Laura and team for everything!

First off, everyone, stop your search immediately. Julie's condo is ready for you to pack your back and come and stay. Our family stays in many Airbnb, we have been all over the world. Julie's condo is on top of the list. better than a 5 stars resort at Bahia Principe in Tulum as far as the accommodation. Julie is like an Auntie that you will have in Punta Cana. She's extremely responsible, helpful to our family first time in the DR. Highly recommended Julie & Caren as a Super host!

Lina’s place was absolutely amazing! Directly across from the cutest restaurants and above a liquor/convenience store. Walkable to both the beach (and beach clubs) as well as additional restaurants and a spot to book excursions. There’s also a local flea market. And it’s only 30 minutes from the airport. The only thing missing was a pool, but we were just fine without it. Also there’s parking at the front (directly next to the building) that is secured. 10/10!
