Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Stanly County

The house is even more beautiful once you’re there. Pictures do not do it justice. So many comfortable amenities that make you feel at home. Beds are very comfortable, everything is spotless and we spent many nights by the fire on the screened porch and mornings looking out over the lake. The host was fabulous and so responsive. This will be the ONLY place we stay when we visit family in NC.

We stayed here for a youth state shooting tournament . The boys wanted to fish more than go to the tournament! It’s a safe community with a pond in the back and close access to the lake! We enjoyed it!

We loved our stay there with family. It is beautiful and peaceful. Kept the kids entertained in the game room during a storm. Debbie is a wonderful host had chocolate chip cookies in the kitchen that didn't last long. We would recommend her gorgeous home for anyone who is looking for a wonderful, peaceful lake view.

Adorable home with a beautiful view of the lake. The screen porch was lovely and where we spent most of our time at the house. We grilled two of the three evenings and went into nearby Albemarle one night for dinner. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were very nice. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Please keep in mind, if you are bringing a boat, make sure you bring a 4-wheel drive vehicle as the driveway is very steep, and we had to park in the gravel at the top of the hill.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful home. Everything was exactly as shown and would totally recommend this place to other family’s that enjoy sitting by the lake and enjoying the amazing views. The host was an amazing person that was very responsive and understanding to my questions. I would surely be back to visit again!

Our stay was perfect. The house is compact and worked beautifully for us, our adult daughters, grandbaby, and small dogs. The dock down by the water was lovely and peaceful. The hosts responded immediately when we had a question. I'd definitely stay there again.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. The kitchen was well appointed - had everything that we needed. The area was very quiet and private - felt safe arriving home after dark. Happy to recommend - would stay again.

A Hidden Gem in SouthPark! Our stay at this charming basement apartment in SouthPark was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches, stylish decor, and overall comfort the space provided. It truly felt like a private retreat tucked away in one of Charlotte’s most beautiful and walkable neighborhoods. The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, and luxurious. The furnishings were high-end and tastefully chosen, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern bathroom felt spa-like. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, cozy living area, and beautifully crafted covered patio — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Location-wise, you really can't beat it. Exactly what we were looking for! Walkable to noda. Super easy and everything went smooth aside from being locked out because we accidentally locked the door knob instead of just the deadbolt. Jose and his wife drove out at soon as they could to let us in, which was so kind. But just a note for future guests, don’t lock the door knob.

Ben and his place was awesome! Very modern and clean. The beds were so comfortable! Ben was always quick to reply to me even when I messaged him at midnight with a parking question! Would definitely book again if I’m ever back in Charlotte!😁

Ryami was a fantastic host. The accommodations were very comfortable and close to transit. The host was so responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely look for availability here when I’m in the area again.

Michael’s apartment is in a perfect location in the middle of downtown Salisbury. We came for a girls weekend and walked all weekend. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. We plan to stay again.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Parrish Place with Mena and Dee, who made us feel right at home. The cabin was quaint with all the necessities of home with a bit of old fashioned flair. The hosts were genuinely kind and made sure everything was just right. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Arriving at this Janice and Tom’s cabin, our jaws were on the floor. The cabin itself is gorgeous, surrounded by nature and with a wrap around porch to enjoy the sounds of the river and watch fireflies light up at dusk. The pool and pool house are where we spent most of our time. With lounge chairs, a fridge for snacks and drinks and views of the pond and forest, it was a great place to spend our days and cool off. Janice and Tom were communicative, helpful and kind! We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend to those looking for a break from the hustle and bustle. It was an incredible place to reconnect with friends and with nature. Thank you so much Janice and Tom!!

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for, we absolutely loved it. It was very clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals....everything was as described. We had a great time fishing and relaxing on the dock. Diane was very helpful and had great communication. We would definitely return, we had an amazing time!

This was a nice quiet place to spend a weekend. Plenty of room for a small family. Hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. While this is out in the country, you are 15 minutes away from shopping and restaurants. NC Zoo is less than 20 minutes away and is worth the visit.

Jim’s place was awesome! We have stayed at several homes in the area over the past few years and his is definitely our most favorite. Perfect getaway for our family. The house had everything we needed and more. Very relaxing atmosphere. Jim was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. Can’t wait to get back to Jim’s place ASAP!

No actual electricity! Not a problem, but less apparent on listing! They accommodate appropriately (generator charging and a fan to be used and headlamp for walk to bathhouse). Overall, wonderful stay and great - just would like more realistic expectation on listing :)
