Sunndalsfjella, Trollheimen, Innerdalen, Vinnutrappa, Prestaksla, Aursjøvegen and Eikesdalen are just a short drive away.

Hiking opportunities in the area are close to endless. Renting a rowboat is agreed at least 1 week BEFORE check-in, to boat experts (only summer). It is occasionally possible to rent a boat with a motor. This has to be agreed with those at the neighboring farm for a sum.
