Maple Cottage-Private Beach-Pets Welcome

Enjoy our private beach. Maple cottage is a one-room cottage with double bed, kitchen/living area, bathroom with stall shower, screened porch and free Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome. We have 9 other cottages, from 1 to 4 bedrooms, and 4 apartments. See our listings for these Cottages: Birch, Brookside, Cypress, Hemlock, Oakleaf, Pinecone, Sunset, Waterview, Willow; and for these Apartments: Haven, Lakeview, Sunrise, Vista. Rentals during July and August must end on or before Saturday morning.

Lovely 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom lakefront house! Watchic Lake is a perfect family destination for swimming, boating, and fishing. Perfectly located for a day trip to Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunkport, Freeport, Kittery, Wells Beach, and North Conway, NH outlets. Beautiful views of the lake from each room, w/full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs. As our guest, you will have access to a private boat launch. In the winter snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skates, or cross-country ski on the frozen lake.

The Cottage at 60 Red Top Drive is a cozy, family friendly place to enjoy quality Maine lake-time. You will have direct access to Anabessacook Lake including a sandy beach area. There is also ample yard space for relaxing and playing games. Indoors, the cottage has plenty of room for the family to be comfortable and a full kitchen. The cottage is a private space on its own, or can be rented in combination with The Main House for an extended family getaway! Ice fishing is right outside!

Covered Bridge Cottage is on the Presumpscot River. Historic Babb's bridge adjoins the property. This peaceful, secluded woods cottage sleeps 5. Eat-in kitchen, dishwasher, full bath with washer and dryer. Wifi, Sony TV, a/c , heat, weber grill, porch. Use of dock, 2 kayaks, floats, campfire, picnic table, hammock. A wonderful spot to relax and explore the river. Swim in shimmering water. Portland 12 mi., beaches, or Sebago. owner has dog and chickens and lives next door .

Steep Falls is a rural village. Our home is a 5 min walk to the Saco River a favorite destination for canoeing, kayaking or tube floating (after the spring run off!) It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.
