Perfect stay! Great location for the old town, very walkable but also free parking nearby (outside of the ZTL!) Really lovely apartment, well finished, contained everything you could need and more. Very very quiet at night! Really friendly and responsive hosts, with fantastic local tips. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Many thanks!

Communication with Sebastiano was very good and he was always available. The apartment is simple, well-equipped and quietly located. On foot about 10 minutes to the beach with a delicious restaurant. With the rental car, we were able to explore the cities of Marsala, Erice and Trapani without any problems. We are more than happy to recommend this accommodation and would come back anytime. Close to the train station on quaint street. Functional, well kept space with tiny couch, small double bed and narrow twin bed. Kitchen had coffee and coffee maker, tea, full stove, refrigerator and hot water pot. Welcome sweets and Marsala wine were very kind gifts from host. Unit has a washer. The flat has an elevator. A nearby bar can be noisy at night. Host is very responsive and was very flexible with an early check in and late check out.

Small house in the heart of tourist activities around Agrigento (Scali Turchi, Valley of the Temples, San Leone). Everything within 10 km...beach 400 meters' walk...comfort like at home with breakfast delivered every morning by Daniela...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The photos describe well the layout of the apartment with a living room and a small terrace, a separate kitchen, and two bedrooms, the first with a double bed, a single bed, and a cot, and the second with 2 single beds and a balcony overlooking the sea. In addition to a full bathroom with a bathtub, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a shower. The accommodation is on the third floor of a small condominium in a quiet area, a short walk from a bakery, bar, market, pizzeria, rotisserie, etc., 5 minutes by car and you get to the historic center of Porto Empedocle, 10/15 minutes you get to Agrigento and the valley of the temples, 10 minutes you get to the beach of Marinella or the Majata lido, very close to the Scala dei Turchi of Realmonte. Convenient starting point for visiting Agrigento. The host Mrs. Caterina kindly provided us with many directions and tips on what to see, where to eat, etc. but it is easy to find your way around and after a while we felt at home. Beautiful appartment with a great view. Well equipped kitchen. The only thing that bothered us a bit was hearing the upstairs neighbours steps at night.

The accommodation is very clean and consistent with the photos and description and well-equipped You have to take the car to do everything because you are far from everything (beach, restaurants, etc.) but it's quiet and the parking space in the property is nice! The terrace is very large and pleasant We didn't see Alessandro but he gave us all the useful instructions. 5-minute drive to the Valley of the Temples To recommend

Cozy house consistent with the context. Everything works perfectly and complete beyond our expectations. As specified by Monica, the house is isolated, we suggest staying with another couple. Highly recommended for those who love tranquility even in August.

We had a great stay. Francesco who welcomed us gave lots of useful recommendations and was always on hand to help. The villa was as described. We loved the outhouse next to the pool and hot tub and enjoyed playing pool and cooking there. Our only downside was that there is no where to walk to nearby although this was warned of with a car being advised as essential. The beaches are 30-40 minute car journey away. We visited scala dei turchi, licata, valley of temples and Cefalu with Cefalu being a longer day trip (1.5 hours each way) but worth it. Thank you, we will back to Sicily I am sure!

We had a wonderful time at Andrea's little house. We have recovered magnificently and the location is great. Peaceful and central at the same time. In a small neighboring town you get everything you need. We had a great sleep! The kitchen is very well equipped! Many thanks to Manfred, who welcomed us warmly and was a warm and friendly contact person.

Maria and Salvatore are perfect hosts! The accommodation was spotless and just ideal for us and our 2 year old. We spent most of the time on the large outdoor, covered terrace with the outdoor shower and wonderful views over the valley and out to sea. We went to one of the 2 lovely beaches each day. In September they are pretty much empty yet still the weather is sunny and around 25 degrees! Such caring and considerate hosts we cannot recommend this place more!

This is the perfect place if you have a car and you want to visit the valley of the temples , Turkish steps and the beach front at San Leone. The host is absolutely adorable and she made us feel at home. Private car park right under the appartment huge bonus. highly recommended.

Very large apartment with great views of the sea. The place itself offers little, but you can get to great beaches, Agrigento and other sights in 30 minutes by car.

Modern, clean accommodation with basic amenities and with beautiful views of the sea. Easy to reach by the proximity to a main road. If you have a car, the accommodation is well suited to look at the surroundings (e.g. Agrigento).

beautiful house, wonderful space, Close to the beach and wonderful view. it was early. spring and the weather was cold-ish and the house has a very good heater. also AC in all rooms. lots of beautiful books and magazines about art, Sciacca town, sicily in the living room. also great recommendations where to eat. kitchen is super well equipped and we felt really at home cooking for the family. the only thing that hat it is not mentioned in the description of the apartment is that the place is a house divided in 4 apartments. one of the rooms has an exit door and windows directly to the entrance and patio of one of the apartments. so when people are there and talking normal, there is no isolation to the sounds coming from outside. same to the apartment above, someone was cleaning up there in the evening and it was very hearable. there is no ceiling lamp in most of the rooms and at night the light is low. all for all we had a lovely time and loved our stay.

We had the most amazing stay at Salvo’s Villa! The room, balcony and terrace was even more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen is small but sufficient. It‘s only a two minute walk to an amazing beach which wasn’t crowded at all at the beginning of June. Salvo is really welcoming, gave us a lot of tips and was always available when needed though still giving us enough privacy. A car is definetly needed but it’s only a 10min drive to Licata where you can find everything you need. Thank you for having us!

A great place to stay in a really beautiful location. The view from the covered porch was incredible, an infinite view of the sea and the diverse nature of the garden and surroundings. Blue and green as far as the eye can see. In a few minutes we were almost deserted on foot on the endless beach, lined with the nature reserve and at the beginning of October. A supermarket was reached in minutes by car. We only heard the surrounding clubs by the hour at this time of year, never early in the morning or late at night, most of the day we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet most of the day. Contact with Salvatore was easy and pleasant. We felt very comfortable and very happy to come back.
