Experience true Greek architecture, incredible views, and a beautiful garden terrace in the heart of Skopelos. It is a short 350 metre walk from the property into the centre of Skopelos town. The property is a house separated into 3 apartments, all with their own bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchens. The property has a shared garden and terrace, overlooking the town and harbour. The top 2 apartments are available to book separately, while my partner and I live on the bottom floor.

Olivia

Olivia is a brand new apartment in the heart of an olive grove, on the way to the first beach of the island, Stafylos. It's sunny, bright, cool, and comfortable! It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, is fully equipped with electrical appliances (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, TV, washing machine, air- condition). It also has a large perimeter terrace! It promises you a restful, quiet, comfortable and unforgettable stay in nature!

"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

Στο μπροστινό μέρος του διαμερίσματος υπάρχει μια μεγάλη κουζίνα και το καθιστικό που είναι εξοπλισμένο με τραπεζαρία, γωνιακό καναπέ, τζάκι, τηλεόραση και τη θέα της Σκοπέλου.

A stylish ground floor space of a newly built house, which consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a 5-minute walking dinstance to town, port, shops and beach. Ideal for quiet and peaceful holidays with a nice view over Skopelos town. If you need more space, it can be conbined with Enastron Guesthouse, our apartment on Airbnb (accommodates 4 guests) that is rented separately.

EARLY CHECK-IN, LATE CHECKOUT I take safety very seriously and leave enough time or even a full day between each booking for sanitizing and cleaning to be most effective. With this in mind, you can request early check-in or late checkout, but you will need to let me know in advance.
