You can find restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, a pizzeria and a supermarket along the mainroad. Numerous ski areas, sledging routes, skitouring routes, hiking and cycling trails, lakes and other outdoor activities are very close by. Free ski bus stops right in front of the house to the skiresort Bergeralm Steinach (10 minute ride)

Our house is located in the rear valley area, off the main road, in a very quiet location. Large garden and terrace with garden furniture. Satellite TV in the living room, TV with DVD player in the bedroom. Microwave and dishwasher available. Daily bread service is offered. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!!) close by! Large storage room for bicycles, skis,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.

In summer there is a small, separate garden area in front of the garden for relaxing hours of reading or a glass of wine. Feel good in a cozy atmosphere. Our holiday apartment with a traditional Tyrolean parlor and a wonderful view of the mountains is on the 2nd floor. The apartment offers a very sunny and cozy south-facing balcony and with 110m² a spacious room layout.
