Apartment vacation rentals in St. Pete Beach

We had a great stay. Condo was very comfortable and nice. Location was convenient to everything and beach was very nice and quiet. It was our first visit but we will definitely be back next y.

Perfect location and amenities from the beach club across the street without the crowds was an awesome bonus. Pool and beach and gym access was amazing without having to pay for parking elsewhere. Just walk across the street. Apartment was homie and relaxing

I loved my stay. Amy was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in #3, which is in the back. it was quiet and secluded. Will have to come again.

This house is the perfect old school Florida beach house! Daniel sent an email with all the information. Details all were accurate that I did not need to ask any questions. He also followed up to make sure check in was ok. Photos are accurate. So much space. Multiple areas to entertain inside and outside to settle into. Large dining room table and smaller kitchen table. Has all the supplies needed. Used the grill for burgers and brats. Even paid extra for the hot tub. Cool air conditioning and numerous fans. Close to walkable restaurants and beach. Love, love, love this house and we hope to stay at again one day! (Side note: It is the whole second floor and access was by stairs only. Not a problem for us. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher and again not a problem for us.) Thanks again!

We had the perfect beach getaway! Sloppy Joe’s was our go-to spot for sunset food and drinks, and the public beach access just across the street made everything convenient. Having a Publix nearby was perfect for cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. We stayed in the best unit in the building—equipped with everything we needed for the beach, including a wagon, chairs, and even towels. If you’re traveling with kids, we highly recommend a boat shelling tour and checking out FloridaRAMA or MOSI for a fun break from the sun!

I don’t generally leave reviews, but this was an exceptional place to stay! My husband even commented that this was his favorite of all the places we’ve stayed!! Check in and check out we’re both so incredibly easy. The beach was beautiful and very private and the entire building was so clean. April had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, to linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc…And the views from the large balcony are absolutely breath taking. We’ve already agreed that this will be the place we book again next year!

Very clean, great location! We were there for a concert at the England Brothers Park. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hosts were quick to respond with a couple of questions I had.

The AC was amazing especially after walking outside to grab lunch. Super close to the beach like they said, not crowded at all! Super quote place everyone was respectful of the quiet hours. Would 100% recommend to a friend or family member, would also come back!

The place was very clean. Good location for what I was in town for. The hosts were. Very accommodating and responsive. The place was clean. Not very quiet, but that is not a fault of the host. Busy intersection. The only negatives I had were that the window air conditioner was very loud. Typical hotel room unit. And, the beds were not very comfy. Again, a hit and miss with hotel room accommodations with comfy beds.

We really enjoyed our stay in St Pete at Mary's house and hope to stay there again soon. She is super friendly while at the same time our place was completely private. It is small, clean, and had everything we needed. Good location, probably our favorite stay in St Pete so far!!

Micro fiber beach towels are genius and the private yard and shed stocked with beach wagon chairs and supplies create a stress free beach bum experience. WiFi and TV ready for your streaming accounts. Love the wraparound white sheers for a luxurious simple view of palm trees early morning sunlight and passersby while enjoying coffee slow and leisurely. Easy communication with owners and manager as needed. Super clean inside and peaceful neighborhood outside. Accessibility to restaurants within walking distance. Hope this all stays this high quality and looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for all the happy vibes.

Excellent apartment in a great location. Bonus there was a garage to keep our car off the street. It was within a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful modern decor. Bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t find one thing we would change.

The guesthouse was cute and spacious! Perfect for two people. Parking in the back is a little tight but not a big issue. Host was very responsive and friendly. Overall very happy with our stay!

Great stay and beach never felt crowded. Also plenty to do within a quick drive!

Out stay was awesome. Nice, clean, updated place with all the amenities we needed. Felt so cozy and location was great. Walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, corner grocery store and restaurants. Would be great if they added beach chairs and an umbrella to the amenities provided but was not a deal breaker for us. Would definitely stay again!

Allan's Madiera Beach condo was amazing. First off: On. The. Beach. We saw dolphins from the balcony. First floor overlooking the pool and tiki huts give a great vibe. We went from inside the unit to standing in sand in seconds. Second: You are as close as you can get to the shops and bars and restaurants at John's Pass. Also close to the drawbridge to Treasure Island, which is fun to watch raise up to let sailboats through. Perfect location. Third, the unit is immaculately clean, and amazingly organized. Kitchen countertop was spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out all our vacation snacks. We used the microwave and the oven and the blender and the coffee maker and the dishwasher, all great. Pull out bed in the living room was super comfy, our 11 year old slept on it every night no problem. TV and wifi were flawless. King bed was nice and comfy, bathroom was great. Back closet was FULL of beach gear. Whatever you need they've probably got one. Final verdict: paradise.

Had a great stay here. Very quiet at night. Right across the street to the beach. Walkable to Caddy’s and a few other bar/restaurants. Very clean. Would stay again!

Fantastic! Top notch accommodation. Very clean, comfortable, and in a truly beautiful setting. Steps from the beach. We had great fishing from the docks. The location is close to many restaurants. Frank was helpfull and responded very quickly to any questions. We had a perfect stay.

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

Great location, clean, easy to check in and check out. Look at the pictures well, it’s smaller than appears- really good photographer ! Overall we would not hesitate to stay again!

This is a beautiful place with every conceivable comfort - from hangers to camp chairs. We appreciated the wonderful walk in closet and drawer space as well as the great water pressure and rapidly heating water. The view from both bedroom and living room is gorgeous. Spent most of our time on the patio which increased the sense of space. One note - the bed in the master is quite high - something to consider if you have mobility issues.
