Our 3 bed/2 full bath+loft house sits in the woods surrounding a beautiful freshwater lake in a neighborhood on the stunning Potomac River! Come enjoy the nearby attractions or simply do nothing at all! We have kayaks/boats for your use right off the private dock. The community has 3 beaches: a private sandy lake beach with a swimming dock, a river-front sandy beach with 15 million+ old shark teeth, and a fossil cliff beach. Fishing! Hot tub on the patio! Bald eagle sightings! Theater Room!

Come unwind at "Beach, Please!" Our renovated cottage on the river with a private beach and dock is waiting for you! What's there to do? There's boating, fishing, crabbing, bird watching, tanning, and hammock-napping. Need more? Ok, antique shops, breweries, wineries, live music, crab boils and oyster fests. Still need more? Cornhole, can jam, horseshoes, hiking, and swimming and tennis at the community pool. That's not all, so just trust us - you will LOVE your time in Montross, Virginia!

Come relax in our delightful waterfront home decorated with classic cottage décor. Sit out on one of the two big screened-in porches, go for a swim in the shallow brackish (mostly fresh) water, take a dip in the hot tub, or throw one of our crab pots in the water and enjoy the spoils of the waters off the Potomac River. Our house is situated off the Potomac on Hull Creek, which means the water is nice and shallow for little ones to play, and there are plenty of crabs to be caught!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Very quiet, and secluded waterfront getaway is the perfect spot to relax with nature. House is located approximately 150 feet from the creeks edge providing amazing views. Located on a very quiet and unpopulated creek (no other houses) off the Chesapeake Bay, our home offers a scenic deck with hot tub, waterfront fire pit with seating for up to six people, private floating dock with kayaks to explore the scenic creek.

Nestled next to historic St Mary's City and a lovely state park, your Lucas Cove Beach home awaits you with your own private sandy beach and pier with vast views of the water, new salt water hot tub steps away from the beach, four beautifully furnished bedrooms with Casper mattresses, an upstairs deck with adirondack chairs to take in the water views and amazing sunrises while sipping a beverage or just relaxing, high speed Wi-Fi. The Mackall House is a spacious fully-remodeled six bedroom home with two primary suites, five full baths, and two half baths! There are two full kitchens, a huge common area, and a large room downstairs with a pool table, foosball table and a shuffleboard table. There is deck off of the living room that overlooks the large backyard. This is the perfect place for up to 15 guests to comfortably stay! No parties or events are allowed at this time.

Recently remodeled, this charming 1930's home offers peaceful outdoor living at its best. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and comfortable seating for six with stunning views of Nomini Creek. This property features a dock with swim steps and a boathouse, perfect for boating enthusiasts. Go fishing and crabbing, or explore the creek with provided kayaks and paddle boards. No smoking on premises. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
