It's only 20 min walk going along the seafront boulevard to Hastings and slightly further along the Old Town of Hastings and plenty of fishermongers by the Jerwood Gallery. There is so much to do and see in the area.

Beautiful flat, with real artistic flair in decor, looking right out on to the seafront. Everything felt very high quality, so justified the price - the bed linen in particular was dreamy. Peaceful neighbourhood, short walk to lots of great restaurants and bars (we couldn’t quite believe how much St Leonards has to offer in that respect - all independent and so tempting). Host left milk and butter, which was a lovely and very helpful touch. Great communication, clear instructions and flexible about arrival and check-out.

I had a really wonderful 7 weeks and 4 days at Lisa and Lee's first floor apartment in St Leonards-on-Sea, overlooking Warrior Square Gardens, with a lovely sea view from the lounge and balcony. On arrival, Lisa and Lee warmly greeted me and showed me around. Everything was clean and tidy, beautifully decorated, with a very cozy and comfortable feel. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the sea front. A very memorable stay and I'm definately looking forward to returning soon. Thank you both so much for being excellent hosts. Peter

A lovely spotlessly clean and tidy flat (up three flights of stairs), with lovely sunny living room /kitchenette with everything you need and a tv system that resets itself so you can add your channels without worry. 5 mins walk to train station and easy access to flat. The bedroom is lovely and shady with great views over St Leonards to the sea. Binoculars were a fun touch! A quick walk downhill into St Leonards. The flat is round the corner from the very hip Kings road with lots of cafes, restaurants, antique and quirky shops (i really recommend Dandelion cafe). Great walks around the St Leonards area with amazing buildings (if like me you're into architecture) and around 15 min stroll along seafront to Hastings. There, I really recommend the Old Town (particularly All Saints st, and George St), the Hastings Contemporary artspace, the funiculars especially East Hill that takes you onto East Hill from where you get great views and long country walks. Thoroughly recommend this flat.

Three large sash windows offer a serene view of the sea, bathed in natural light. The elegant window frames highlight the proximity to the water, while a decorative wrought-iron railing lines the balcony outside, enhancing the connection with the scenic surroundings.

Emma was so lovely, easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and during my stay. She gave some really good recommendations of places to go and restaurants to try. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and the facilities were just as described. I felt very safe and secure during my stay. The location was amazing with beautiful sea views and was very peaceful which was just what i was looking for. I was able to relax and recharge during my stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks to Emma for making my stay so enjoyable and i hope to come back soon!

Great flat right on the seafront and only a couple of minutes walk from some lovely St Leonard’s restaurants. The front of the flat overlooks the sea and the back whilst it does not have much of an outlook, is spacious and quiet. Hastings is about 30 mins straight along the front so you have everything you need within walking distance. It was lovely to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the sea!

A small, secure outdoor space features a round white table paired with two striped metal chairs. A lantern-style light is centrally placed on the table, surrounded by gravel and decorated with potted plants against a wooden fence.

Great place to stay. Miranda & Dan were the perfect hosts and communicated very well. The place had all we needed for a really comfortable stay (the croissants and Prosecco were a lovely thought). The beach was a 5 min walk!

A roof terrace offers panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding rooftops. A round glass-top table is accompanied by two chairs, while a bottle of wine and two glasses are placed on the table, inviting relaxation in the open air.
