Guests will have easy access to everything they need in this centrally located place! The apartment is just 220 meters from Parque das Águas and 230 meters from the boardwalk. In addition to bakeries, a supermarket, convenience store, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, cafeterias and a variety of shops within walking distance, a car is not necessary for most tours. There is Smart TV with cable TV in both the living room and the en-suite. Free covered parking is available nearby.

Near Miramar cheese factory, sweets, Casa das Linguiças, Gordinho's wood-fired pizza. Parque das Águas (bike rides, fishing in the lake, playing bocce, pedal boating in the lake, shower bath, body treatment center, baths, massages, renting carts and horses, knitting factory, Quinta do Cedro farm, balloon rides and etc.
