The apartment comfortably accommodates four adults and two children. We do not accept extra guests, as the Condominium Agreement only allows a maximum of 6 people per apartment. The house is in the National Park of Itatiaia, near of pousada dos Lobos. It is 40 minutes of dirt road from the Registry Gorge in Itamonte and has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them suite, a living room, fireplace, kitchen with semi-open concept, dining room, a huge garden, an exclusive garage and barbecue grill with space to meet with friends. It is required to hire an employee to cook and organize the house, with the daily in the amount of R$200.00. The employee's rates are counted for the days worked.

Located in Serra da Mantiqueira, between the Itatiaia National Park and the Serra do Papagaio State Park, the property is crossed by a river in a rural environment typical of southern Minas Gerais. Comfortable facilities, with 8 cottages (all with a double bed, a bunk bed, bathroom, fireplace, minibar and TV with satellite signal), swimming pool, sauna, game room and gourmet space for groups to prepare and serve their meals. We are at an altitude of 1,760 meters, in Mantiqueira National Park. Itamonte is in the south of Minas Gerais at the top of Serra da Mantiqueira. Our property is 25 km away from the center of Itamonte (12 km of asphalt plus 13 km of dirt road). In rainy periods (SUMMER) inquire in advance about the DIRT ROAD CONDITIONS and the weather forecast. We accept small to medium-sized dogs that ARE NOT PUPPIES.
