Great private apartment with a lovely terrace! The place looks just like the photos — stylish and cozy. I would recommend it for two adults and possibly one small child, as the second bed is quite small and access to the bathroom is through the second bedroom, which is a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it’s a super nice place — the terrace is amazing, it feels very homey, and it’s really close to the airport.

Amazing home. Absolutely beautiful way to spend your time in Nice. You can sit on the balcony and watch the planes come in and out. The elevator is so helpful for luggage. The home itself is stunning. Everything about this place is a yes! I fell in love with Nice so I will use this place again when I come back ❤️

There are sounds from the departure track and the road, the only disturbing is that when you close the windows, the view , the house and everything else was very good, Jacques and loic are very helpful, thank you, we had a car, the garage works a lot

A newly renovated apartment in a very good location. Buses and trains in the village and within walking distance. Very friendly host.

It was short but really worthy stay❤️ beach is just 5 mins walk from the apartment and public transportation also👌 you can also enjoy the view from balcony ❤️…. Host was also really responsive 👌she make sure we had everything … it was clean and everything was perfect

The place was same as seen as in the photos and described perfectly, everything was provided by the host (he provided with some soft drinks and tea- coffee as well. The place was well equipped with kitchen appliances and the existence of a pool was the cherry on top. The host was very kind and friendly as well. It was great time for us, thanks for everything.

Great apartment with a nice location. The way to the public transport is not too far away. (5 minutes' walk to Saint Laurent du Var train station) and the beach is also within 5 minutes' walk. The kitchen includes a good oven and a good microwave. Unfortunately, the stove is not usable, as it cannot even bring water to a boil if you want to cook something quickly. The apartment was clean on arrival and is big enough for 2 people. The balcony is also very pleasant. At night, it is sometimes quite loud outside thanks to the street directly under the apartment, which, however, does not bother you if you allow the balcony door. Would recommend the appartment.

This was such a lovely bnb! It’s close to so many restaurants, a street market that happens twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday until 12:30), several grocery store and cafes, etc. It’s also a minute walk to the beach and promenade. For going to Nice, Antibe or Cannes, the train is a 9 minute walk from the apartment and very easy to get to. I also like that the building has controlled access and a lift. As a solo female traveler, extra security is always a plus, I always felt very safe. The apartment itself is clean and cozy with lots of natural light and all the amenities you need. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Lucas put a lot of care into making his home beautiful and comfortable, with extra touches like cokes in the fridge, new sponges, laundry detergent. Everything is very new and good quality. The location is amazing, a short walk to beaches and lots of nice restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again!

Needed extra towels for the family and Ryan delivered., place is groovy, especially the verada overlooking the sea. The morning breeze and sun is viola! it's a good spot.

The place was located in a very good location! My family of 4 drove so the location was very easy to get around to the main attractions in less than 30 minutes. Dont be deceived by the looks of the building, it may be simple from the outside, but on the inside, the place was really grand & worth the stay! I cannot recommend enough of how wonderful the place is so do not hesitate to book this place :-)

The apartment is very cosy, spacious and clean. it is also quiet and has a great view and located near the train and bus stations. Maman of Nina met us and was very nice and friendly, the communication was easy. Everything was perfect, thank you very much !

We stayed 6 nights in the area and the apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring the Côte d'Azur. Top stylishly furnished and modernly equipped with an ingenious sea view. The pictures absolutely correspond to reality. I'm sure we'll be back. Jason is a great host with great tips for the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

The stay was great 🤩 The place was clean, cozy and well equipped – we felt totally comfortable. The location was great - we could discover a lot on foot, and the train station is only 4 minutes away. Amazing accommodation for a romantic stay! The decoration is beautiful, the apartment is very clean and the hosts took care to leave small touches in the accommodation! The location is very quiet which makes the stay even more enjoyable! The only small downside is that the curtains are not sufficient and we were awakened by the light but it is a detail. This experience is definitely worth it!
