Weather permitting, enjoy our 82k gallon heated pool that was the first inground pool in South Bend. Pool area includes an outdoor gazebo and fire pit. Minutes to Notre Dame and downtown South Bend.

We are 2 miles from the Notre Dame campus and walking distance to plenty of local pizza joints, wine bars, and Howard Park. The apt is in the back portion of our house but there are no shared spaces. It has its own entry and there’s plenty of parking. During ND home games we will be accessible if there’s anything you need.
