The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook in comfort and the central location allows you to easily reach the local restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. They also have quick and easy access to the surrounding ski or hiking areas. You can use the in-house ski room to store your skis and ski boots. The car can be parked directly on the property.
