Beachfront vacation rentals in St. Ann Parish

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and very well-stocked with everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and toiletries. It’s located in a gated area, which made me feel really safe throughout my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. There is also a beach clothes by and a food complex with Starbucks, KFC etc The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with—any questions I had were answered quickly and kindly. If I were to message her at 3am she’d probably respond lol. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable place to stay!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb by the sea in Jamaica. The views were absolutely stunning ! we loved watching both the moon rise and the sunrise right from the property. The host was extremely welcoming, and the caretaker was so kind and attentive, always making sure our needs were met. The peaceful grounds were perfect for our two-year-old son, who loved exploring and gazing out at the sea. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. We can’t wait to return!

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! Firstly I must say this was a last minute booking and the host was very accomadating. The location was perfect, private and quiet neighborhood which made my wife and I felt right at home. The check-in process was seamless, the host communicated with the front gate about our arrival. The home was very comfortable, beautifully furnished and we will be returning to this Airbnb on our next visit.

Overall, the place was lovely with beautiful views and a fantastic location. While there were a couple of minor inconveniences—such as being unable to connect to the internet to access certain movie channels and the absence of a blow dryer—they didn’t take away from the overall experience. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and it truly was a wonderful stay.

Craig’s place is a home away from home. It was very cozy and welcoming. Craig is an exceptional host will definitely book again for my next vacation.

Sky Castles is such a beautiful place to visit and Tony was an excellent host. He allowed early check in which made such a difference to our stay. B31 is a great two-bedroom apartment. Private comfortable bedrooms, one master downstairs, another with a vaulted ceiling on the second floor. The private rooftop deck with an outside shower provides the ultimate tanning space. Clothes optional aided by a cool water shower is a good vibe waiting to happen. Place a small LED light in the shower and chill with the stars above for your evening refresh. The first-floor bathroom provides a second shower. The WIFI is strong and the (3) digital TVs are modern/all service adaptable. Bring your personal music speaker. The micro kitchen is capable of stocking up and having inhouse meals. The location is spot on. Across the street is the beautiful Turtle Park, one block to the west is a great Bistro, behind the Bistro is high end shopping. To the east banking, food, supplies and anything needed is easily within walking distance. The beach access is a simple short walk. The house keeping is responsive and personable, be kind and tip. Franklin was superb. Very down to earth, attentive and informative. He knew the area well, suggested some great recommendations for restaurants and nightlife. His property is greatly maintained and the amenities were as described.

This has become my usual place to stay in ochi! Always clean, beautiful location and very close to all activities in ochi. Symone is also a wonderful host!

the place was really nice. one of the legs for the kitchen chairs was a bit unstable, but other than that, this place was great! it's right in the heart of Ocho. the Local people were amazing, though at time were over whelming with trying to sell me up. if you are Caucasian expect it. but also embrace it. the Local can be intense, but they are always friendly and very welcoming. I will be back!!! respect and one love.

Patrick was an amazing host, he was so responsive, even at times when i thought it was too late and i wouldn't get a response, the space is amazing and was perfect for our family, the location was perfect & i hope that i can stay here the next time i am in Jamaica !

This unit is just as seen on the site it is nestled on the second floor overlooking the pool area, it's also in the center of everything. Just across the street there are restaurants and bars as well as within the property itself. I highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in Ochi Rios you won't regret it.

Gacia's place is amazing. Perfect location, walking distance to the crossroad for supermarket and cashpoint. As its on the FDR resort less than 5mins walk from our room to the beach. 1minute to the 2 pools on the resort. Gacia was very flexible from check in and check out and was very responsive with any questions we had. I will definitely stay here again! Perfect 👌

Susanna’s place was exceptionally clean and located in a truly beautiful area. It was very peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing stay. She was very communicative and helpful when an unexpected issue came up, which I really appreciated. Her responsiveness made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay!
