This is a beautiful place to stay, right on the lake with an amazing view, and a friendly beaver right next door! Our highlights were the hot tub, the fire pit and kayaking on the lake. This spot would be amazing in the Summer. The house is clean and well set up, the 2 downstairs bedrooms are small but just fine for sleeping. There is plenty of room in the rest of the house.

Great cozy cottage with a private lake entrance. Miles was a great host. Hot tub & sauna were very enjoyable and overall the place was great.

Amazing host, great location not to far from the city . Everything you need, literally bring your cloths and toothbrush and you’re good to go. Would highly recommend. Great for family’s or small groups of friends.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Muskoka cabin. Great views of the lake and was really fun to go out on the canoe and kayaks. The cabin was cozy and nice with a great kitchen and awsome living room for hanging out and relaxing. Host was extremely responsive and nice. She provided helpful clear instructions and information. Would love to go back.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay! Carm and Mary have a lovely space that they have worked to make comfortable and inviting! There were so many thoughtful touches. We enjoyed the peaceful environment, the hot tub, and the surrounding beauty of the Georgian Bay. There were plenty of things that our children enjoyed- games and ping pong and the yard. The beds were the most comfortable have stayed in all vacation. The kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were responsive and quick with recommendations. Highly, highly recommend this stay! Awenda Provincial Park and Wasaga Beach were easy drives and enjoyable.

The home was super clean and had all the amenities we needed, and more! Location was fantastic and the host was super responsive and proactive in her communication! We would love to come back soon!!

We had a wonderful time here on a short excursion out of the city! the cottage itself is magical with a beautiful view of the lake and a gorgeous back patio shaded by trees. Bryan and Pam were very helpful and had made sure to provide everything we needed and more

Beautiful home! We absolutely loved the living area. It felt cozy with all the natural light coming in through the ceiling windows. The dining area was great on a snowy day. We played the games and enjoyed the views of the snow-covered pine trees! Loved the location and the house. Would recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay at Tammie’s place. The house looked just like the pictures and is really well taken care of. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. We have two kiddos who absolutely loved the place- including the hot tub, trampoline, play house and exploring the property. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spacious and perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and a huge hit for both daytime and evening relaxation. The host was responsive and ensured we had everything needed for a great stay. Such a perfect little getaway spot. Super quiet and private — loved relaxing in the hot tub at night and hanging by the fire. The place has a dock with kayaks and paddleboards, which made the lake time extra fun. Everything was clean and cozy, and it just felt peaceful the whole time. Already planning to come back!

This cottage is perfection. Liane & James are just SO lovely. If you're reading this, don't look any further. Just book it. We couldn't have had a better week at Follie's Cove. The cottage was the perfect mix of modern and rustic. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We felt at home instantly. The sunroom was the perfect chill spot for us and our two big dogs to get out of the sun/rain without feeling cooped up indoors. The beach was heaven for our dogs, and on a quiet end of the lake, so we saw few other people all week. The quintessential Muskoka experience! Liane and James were *beyond* wonderful. They set us up with a ton of breakfast food and desserts. Even offered to return the day after check-in to drop off more coffee. It truly felt like renting from friends. Highly recommend renting the pontoon boat from them and puttering around the lake. Wish I had more space to gush about the space and their incredible hospitality. We would book again in a heartbeat!

Place was nice amd cosy for our family break in winter. Great toys collectiom for 2 years old, good books collection for older kids. Only downside was that it didn't have microwave which was tricky with 2 yr old especially when trying to warm up milk quickly. TV could have been bigger fpr the space but it was still good enough. Ian was very helpful and responsove during our stay, he got snow cleaned promptly during our stay.

This is a gem find. It was so comfortable and situated 3 minute walk from a beautiful beach. The kitchen was very well equipped the fire pit, the BBQ the outdoor sitting areas were awesome. The beds were comfortable and we slept so well. There is a huge TV with so many channels and content to watch. So easy to settle into a movie after dinner. Very comfortable sitting area. We were 3 adults and we all had space to have some downtime and also to enjoy our company. We would swim and go for 5 km beach walks and drive to very cute small towns and discover the tasty bakeries and cool stores. Everyone we met was so lovely and very relaxed. We had a wonderful time and recommend this pace to everyone. Peaceful, fully equipped, comfortable and 3 minutes from a beautiful beach! What can be better. Nikki’s family cottage is truly a gem outside of the city. I stayed in her property for a quick 3 day solo R&R with my dog. This was the perfect property for my dog to play around and let out his zoomies. Also, there were so many spots in the property to lounge around with my glass of wine in hand. The river was perfectly shallow for me to walk on the rocks, with my water shoes, ofcourse. The cottage was clean and cozy, the kitchen is stocked with all your needs and they’ve got plenty of throwback DVD movies to choose from. Nikki’s house manual and rules were very clear and easy to follow. She was also quick to reply back when needed, leaving me not to worry. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Nikki + Family!

Absolutely perfect stay! John was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. The house itself is stunning: beautifully maintained, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—peaceful, scenic, and close to everything. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!
