Recreation in the forest settlement of Glashütte, House Iris

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.

In 2021, we created a guest apartment on our former hayloft. Here you have peace and nature! The bright apartment is 60 square meters, has a kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm), a living and dining room with a fireplace. In the entrance hall is the wardrobe and space for hiking boots. A crib/extra bed is available. This includes an outdoor seating area with an umbrella. This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.

This is our 2-room apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a bedroom with a large double bed, a living-dining-bedroom-kitchen with a sofa bed and an armchair bed, plus a pretty, modern bathroom. VERY IMPORTANT: Many, many animals live on our farm! Here the roosters crow in the morning, the ducks quack and the pigs argue a little louder at breakfast... Please ONLY book if you accept this.

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
