Big apartment in a walkout basement on 1 acre in beautiful Cave Springs. Centrally located just minutes from the airport, bike trails, lakes, and shopping. High ceilings, windows, natural light. The bedroom (1 queen bed) sleeps 2 people, the twin bed in the living room sleeps 1, and there’s a couch for a 4th person if needed. You’ll have a private, fully loaded kitchen, basic cookware, private laundry, private bathroom, private office and WiFi. Sorry, we cannot allow pets.

Roomy open concept living area with 3 bedrooms (one king size bed, one queen size bed and one set of full size bunk beds in third room) and 2 baths. Dog friendly. Located in a low key neighborhood just a few blocks from Emma Street (downtown Springdale), one block to the Razorback Greenway on Park St. that provides access to Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers and Bella Vista. The Greenway provides a safe place to explore the area by walking, running or cycling.

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.

Easy access to Razorback Greenway from Botanical Garden of the Ozarks/Lake Fayetteville trailhead.
