Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Spring Valley Lake

don’t really have much to say, i enjoyed my stay and the place was great. has everything one would need for a short or longer stay. CANNOT smoke pens in the house, not that this was a problem i’m just putting it out there lol. Really friendly family, they are very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay! Rarely would I say that places turn up better in person than in pictures, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how absolutely cute and charming the place is when I arrived! There were so many cute little details added to the decor. I’m not sure if the place has been updated recently, but everything is very clean and appears new. Everything works well! The beds were super comfortable. The towels were luxurious. And they actually have stainless pots (no toxic chemicals like teflon), which actually is a big deal for me! Location is convenient, literally right next to Snow Summit. Leanne is super responsive! Absolutely enjoyed my stay. I’ve stayed at numerous Airbnbs in Big Bear.. this is the one I’m definitely returning to.

There’s definitely pros and cons to this place but overall had a pleasant stay. The house overall looked clean when we arrived. There are some minor cosmetic issues that make the house look/feel unfinished though. Beds were comfy and all the appliances worked. Like other reviews mentioned, there’s no dishwasher and the kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils so we had to buy our own. We messaged the host about the ice maker not working and they did not offer to fix it, they simply replied with “maybe it can’t make ice. I’m sorry”. We also had issues with one of the gas burner knobs and the water filter knob coming off. The washer and dryer worked great but they were extremely loud so we had to always close both doors that lead to where they are. The bedrooms have very thin walls and we could hear the people staying in the main house very clearl

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

There was an unforseen issue with our rental, but was solved quite effectively by Bryan, thank you so much. Myself and my family had and amasing time, location is amazing, the house itself spacious and beautiful. Thank you again for making our stay one to remember, we will definitely rent from you again

It was a perfect stay. My favorite part was that we were able to stay there w our fur babies, the place was fenced so I was able to allow them to run around in the back while I relaxed inside the apartment. Place heated up pretty quickly & I was very very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again once I have the chance :)

2nd time staying at Chris's place. We love this place. it's the perfect location as our family is nearby and it really feels like a home away from home. Everyone is quick to respond if I have questions. Very Peaceful. there's a fir pit up the hill on property and you can see the whole area and it's amazing at night. Fully stocked air bnb. Cook your own food or everything you need is close. I will saty here everytime I come to Cali. Thanks guys!

This was my second time renting the house we love the layout. Everything was clean. Only one complaint the coffee pods were way out of date and the coffee maker is clogged and was unable to use. Just thought you might want to check that out.

Host was very proactive and provided instructions for seamless entry and clear, easy house rules. Home was beautiful and clean, exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Our group of 9 people (including 3 small kids) had an amazing stay at this property. Our host, Jeremiah, was nothing but kind, friendly and helpful. He was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and had everything we needed. The house is absolutely beautiful and very nicely decorated. I immediately felt comfortable and right at home. There was more than enough space for our group and it was nice that there were several workspaces for those in our group who had to work and do school remotely. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again!

Beautiful cabin, super well equipped, high quality linens/appliances/kitchenware. The place was super clean and the decoration really cute. We had one day where it was too misty/rainy to go out... but the place was so cozy that it didn't matter. The hosts were super responsive and provided recommendations on things to do around the area. Wifi speed was more than enough for remote work. Would recommend this place if you want to have a laidback time with family.

This house was great, would definitely recommend! Cherise was friendly and accommodating, she was able to get us in earlier than expected which was amazing. House is clean, spacious and we will probably stay here again.

Fantastic Stay. Love the location. Love that you can park literally out the front door. Love that the bay is just steps away. Love the arcade game for the kids.

Shelly's place was just what we needed for a short weekend. Unit C is part of a larger 3-unit complex, but is completely separate from the other two (separate entrance, back patio, grill, etc.). It was a warmer weekend than we expected, but there was a portable AC unit in the closet of the larger of the two bedrooms that worked well. One thing I would note is that the sun shines directly into the kitchen and living room in the afternoon which can cause the two rooms to become pretty warm, but if you pull the curtains/blinds, it will help - you also get a great view of the sun as it goes down at night. The house is in a great neighborhood that is on the lake and about a 10-12 minute walk into town. Would highly recommend staying at Shelly's place.

Amazing location close 3 min walk to the park and fishing pier , 2 min walk to the local corner store and pizza place ; and a 7 min drive into the town ! The house was so clean and way better in person than the photos , it’s a must stay we will definitely be coming back in the future !!

Fantastic location, great house, and perfect for a girls weekend. Everything is about 10 minutes away, and the immediate neighborhood has a nice loop you can walk. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Very clean, nice patio, and super communicative host. We’d love to come back!

Beautiful home and very senior friendly with everything on one level (aside from 2 steps up to doorway), and handicap bars in the shower to help their stability. Perfectly located next to Boulder Bay Park for picnic and fishing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Peaceful and relaxing, just what was needed. Our host, Natalie, communicated perfectly and made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to return for another stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.
