Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Spring Valley

We got in super late for a short stay, but the space was clean, charming, and very easy to access even late at night. TV was a great size too, and had all the necessary streaming services. Plenty of coffee pods were a perk! Brita with water full in fridge. Overall we didn't really want for anything, it was nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The backyard amenities were definitely the highlight - everything worked well. The hot tub took awhile to heat up but they changed the water that day and by our second night it was perfect. Sauna and cold plunge are a must. Inside, everything was clean and tidy. Would stay here again!

This house was such a nice and normal location. It just really felt like a home away from home with the family style home. I most enjoyed the view from the backyard and from inside the kitchen. While yes, the road is visible and audible it wasn’t a detractor from the rest of the location. My daughter loved all the toys in the kids room and enjoyed the tv in her own room. This place really had everything and we had no issues while staying here.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! The place is quaint and charming. Lots of windows, and almost everything you need to cook. It was nice to have separate a/c units because the 3 of us in our group all had different temperature preferences. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Walmart and other local grocery stores. The garage is a little narrow, so we ended up just parking in the driveway. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Serafima’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how stunning the space was — it looks exactly like the photos, if not better in person. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the home had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Serafima was an exceptional host — incredibly responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. As a group of girls traveling together, we felt very safe and completely at ease the entire time. We truly loved our time here and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting San Diego. It made our trip extra special, and we’d absolutely stay again!

Thank you for opening your home to us! We enjoyed our visit. Only one issue: we didn't realize this property was a triplex. Although there was a shared wall that separates the single unit from the double unit (upstairs/ downstairs levels), it still didn't feel private, or comfortable. We were always conscious that other people were also sharing the property, so it influenced our ability to feel like it was a "home away from home."

The property was beautiful and well maintained in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops nearby. We were close to the beach as well and the zoo. The home was well stocked and cleaned for our family vacation of adults teens, kids, and an infant. We all had plenty of space to stretch our legs, relax, and let the kids run around. Plenty of TVs to watch Netflix or have the kids hook up their Switch. Evan was very responsive and attentive for our stay. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet retreat for a large group!

It was a pleasure staying at Saskia's Zen House. Saskia clearly has an eye for design and it shows, the house is not only meticulously decorated but has everything our family needed to enjoy our stay. I would recommend her house to anyone thinking of staying anywhere near San Diego/Chula Vista.

Kaitlin was SO responsive! The space was in a really cute neighborhood with lots of fun things and restaurants within walkable distance. No loud neighbors or anything to distract from sleeping. The space was immaculate and had tons of extra towels, which was awesome. The bathroom had been renovated, and the shower was great. It was perfect for what we needed, and we are so appreciative of her hospitality!

We had a great stay at Laura’s place! It was an awesome location! We loved the vibe and the at home feel. Everything we needed was provided. Beds were super comfortable, and the entire place was very clean. Having a parking space was also very convenient! Laura was really attentive to any questions, and I can tell that the comfort level of her guests matters to her. Would definitely stay here again!

I wish I had more than 1000 characters because this place was incredible! The history in Barrio-Logan was unmatched compared to staying in the Gaslamp area. Hector left great recommendations, had a clean and spacious area, and was so responsive and flexible with check in! Couldn’t recommend this Airbnb or host more.

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Our extended family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean, and well-equipped AirBnb. The AirBnb is thoughtfully designed with lots of lux features. It is conveniently located close to activities around the area and had everything we needed to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The family enjoyed the pool, sauna, gym, and spacious kitchen and living areas — something for everyone! It was super helpful to have access to a washer and dryer and we noticed there were high chairs, a pack and play, and a stroller for those with younger kids. We highly recommend!

Beautiful property and surroundings. Loved all of the plants and fruit trees around the property! The pool and hot tub were well kept and we had a blast! We were a big group, I loved how many lounge areas this property had. We never felt cramped or like we didn’t have space/chairs for everyone. Beds were super comfortable - way more comfortable than you usually expect at a rental. The host was super responsive and it seemed like they had thought of everything!

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! This place was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party. I have truly not had a more perfect Airbnb stay than this one! The house felt so private and secluded so we felt very safe in the gated property. The management team was the best I’ve ever seen (and I love luxurious spots and I work in hospitality.) it was truly 5/5 stars. They were immediately responsive, they fixed any issues immediately and they were very generous with their time and amenities. This is the perfect house. Only note I would have is maybe there should be more towels available for guests - we were a little limited on towels. Thank you!!!!!
