Clean and cozy accommodation in a very quiet and peaceful residential area, a ten-minute walk from Grünbergalle station, with a direct line to the center of Berlin, the airport, and the surrounding area. The house is cozy and surrounded by a lovely garden. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary services. Some reviews mention the noise of the train passing, which is very annoying, but this was not the case for us, the train can be heard but it is not so disturbing, especially when the windows are closed, and you get used to it easily. Gisele was very kind and flexible with both check-in and check-out times. Good value for money considering the prices of the city center. We had a great time :)

Very nice place to stay for a city trip in Berlin. Great location and also close to the S-Bahn for further excursions. Extremely friendly and accommodating hosts, thank you so much! I can well imagine booking the remise again for the next opportunity.

Petra and Janine are perfect hosts. They are there to help and advise when required, but also they don't infringe your space when you may wish to have a quiet time. The house is quirky having been reconfigured from a workshop and agricultural use. It is exceptionally clean. There are three restaurants nearby and also two kiosks where you can have food to go or to sit outside. The house is very central and easy to find. It is next to the terminus for tram 68. Alt Schmockwitz is a very quiet location, but ideal for those interested in nature, walks, swimming etc. Within easy reach of Kopernick Castle via tram 68,

I had a wonderful ten-day stay here. The flat is cozy and functional. The area is quiet and safe. There is a grocery store nearby (about a five minute walk) and there is good access to transit to get around the city. The location has a very interesting and infamous history that is memorialized well with information points around the area - it’s well worth checking out. The flat is also a few minutes walk from the Spree and a beautiful trail that runs along it. Would highly recommend this rental.

Would highly recommend . We really enjoyed our stay, everything was as described & within easy reach of the main attractions. Supermarket easy 5 minute walk. Claudia was very responsive & we really appreciated an early check-in.

It was the most beautiful bungalow I've ever stayed in. Indeed, Madame Birgit is a very pragmatic woman. And that her mentality should be that of a real Berliner, but always with good intentions like a room mouse master, I could see that the apartment was not only very well decorated. But quite practical. Jacqueline was an amazing host and the summer house was lovely. We loved returning to it after our city adventures. The best thing was the coffee machines and the warm floor for the bathroom.

Beautiful apartment in a calm backyard. Ralf created an amazing place and it was awesome to stay there. I was in Berlin as a guest lecturer for building high-performance teams and needed a quiet place to stay. The minimalist style made it fantastic to work and sleep. Highly recommended place.

We were there from Friday to Sunday and were received in a very friendly manner. Everything was relaxed, we felt at home. There was a small problem with the Uber driver – he probably took too much from us. However, our host took care of it directly and even got 10 euros back from the driver. Overall, it was a really nice and fun stay. We would definitely visit again!

We (4-person family) were personally and very warmly received and introduced to the garden house. It is a very nice, very well-equipped garden house, which offers a beautiful garden to linger and many opportunities for the kids to explore. All the animals around it do the rest👍. The view from the dining table into the garden was particularly relaxing. You can sit there and enjoy it for quite a long time.

My stay was fantastic! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the Wi-Fi very fast. The location is ideal, with convenient access to public transport. The host was friendly and helpful.

Very quiet apartment from a really nice hostess. The piano is particularly noteworthy. You can play it 24/7 without disturbing anyone. It's a rather noisy but very well-tuned instrument.

Annerose warmly welcomes you on its beautiful property directly at the lake. But clarify beforehand if you get what you see in the photos. It can always happen that something needs to be repaired and accordingly accommodated elsewhere. Otherwise, everything is well-equipped and tiptop.

My daughter was able to help us find the place seeing how she lives in Germany. It was very cozy and tucked away. In the garden area Im sure it’s beautiful to sit outside and have a morning coffee. Going in Nov-Dec is a damp and chilly time but the place was very cozy and plenty warm inside. The bed had warm comforters that were perfect. Every thing was marked well for recycling or use of their place. We were mainly there in the early mornings, left around 10am and back by 9pm. We had places to go everyday w/our daughter and had a chance to visit many places in Berlin. The train station was within walking distance and she would meet us there. Some of the mornings we made breakfast and a REWE was conveniently within walking distance. Also a great little cafe. We went to visit my daughter so I knew we’d see all that we wanted too plus. I choose the place mainly for the amenities and distance to the surrounding things. Erika and Hann were lovely hosts and I definitely would recommend.

The stay was really very pleasant. You never had to wait long for a response when you wrote, I thought that was very good. The entrance to the apartment was very easy to find and it was also really perfectly cleaned, you didn't see a crumb. In my opinion, the apartment is a perfect recommendation for this price. The apartment is definitely recommended if you want to take a vacation in Berlin, the apartment and the hosts are just perfect.

This was our second stay here. Great place, spacious and quiet. Easy access to Potsdam and local surrounding areas. The place is well equipped and also use of the garden to sit in the sun. Carsten is friendly and was responsive.
