Great place in a quiet neighborhood

Beautiful, large apartment in absolutely perfect because optimally connected location with (virtually) very friendly host, comfortable bed in quiet room to the back (sleeping with open window possible!), great shower, tasteful, personal furnishings (including great books), good coffee and even oat milk included... I highly recommend this place. Especially because it is obviously at least temporarily occupied by Tomas himself (which is also indicated by the non-continuous availability in the calendar). For me, this is a huge plus, especially in big cities, which – especially in the central districts – are all plagued by a lack of housing!! Tip: Download the BVG app and get a "Berlin Welcome Card" for the duration of your stay so you can use any train and bus at any time (including children!). With the help of, for example, maps, you will always land exactly in front of your apartment door.

Although I arrived a little later in the evening (about 9 pm), Geraldine greeted me very warmly and gave me restaurant tips. The place is as in the pictures, very nice and cozy; I was able to spend a very relaxing weekend here. In the small kitchen, there is everything you need to prepare a meal on your own. A very small criticism at a high level: In part, the online connection of the TV "wobbled" and there were always loading times. I would stay with Geraldine again anytime.

Exceptional location in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. Within walking distance to countless restaurants, shops, bars, and grocery stores. A vibrant lively neighborhood! And a wonderful base to explore. A pleasant walk from here to Museum Island, Checkpoint Charlie, the main train station, and Brandenberg Gate. We enjoyed it so much we got 15-25k steps per day! The apartment is clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Very spacious for two people. Includes a clothes washer and dryer. As advertised, it is a walk up a number of stairs, but we found that to be no problem at all. I highly recommend this place, and will seek it out on our next trip to Berlin!

Host was very kind, responsive, and really friendly. We even recived printed information what to visit and where to go. Accomodation is perfect, cozy, and really comfortable. Steaming sauna was a surprise, and was really enjoyable after long walks. Will return to this place, our full recomandation for this host and appartment.

Spacious apartment. well located near outlet Market, transportation in the suburbs of Berlin. Lots of places to go. Great stay. Hagen was very friendly. I would highly recommend it.

We are four senior citizens that generally don't have mobility issues. The narrow circular stairs to the lower bedroom were a bit challenging. The stairs up to the loft took some concentration. We managed!! All the kitchen utensils and amenities were great.

We spent a few nice days in Berlin as a family. The apartment is just great and leaves nothing to be desired. Walking, you can reach the S-Bahn in 10 minutes and the Brandenburg Gate in another 20 minutes. Exactly what we wanted. Werner is a very nice host and available at any time. Great! We can recommend the apartment without reservation.

A very lovely, quiet place to stay in beautiful surroundings. My two young kids loved entertaining themselves the toys and there was plenty of space. I loved to have a cup of coffee in the beautiful dining room looking out on the garden. The grocery store around the corner was very convenient. The home is just as lovely at the pictures and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Berlin. The host was kind and responsive.

We spent a wonderful extended weekend in the house with 8 people and we didn't miss anything: great room, huge living room with fully equipped kitchen, great garden and sauna overlooking the countryside. We will be happy to come back!

A beautiful house with a terrace, we liked the quiet location. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen has solid basic equipment. Communication was always smooth and all questions were answered quickly. I can definitely recommend the place.

Quiet, peaceful, with great walks through nature.

I booked the apartment of Susnne and René for business for an employee. My colleague felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything was nice and clean and tidy and the check-in worked perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped and my colleague was able to take good care of himself. I'll be happy to book again when we're close.

I beautiful and unique apartment in my favorite part of Kreuzberg in Berlin. Spacious, luxurious and very quiet (inside the apartment) even with all the fun things to do outside the apartment. I will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Katrin and Ralf's was once again highly recommended. It was the second time we've been here, and it feels like home every time. The warm hospitality makes the stay special. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful during our stay. The apartment itself was very nice and cosy (perfect for two people), with the u-bahn right next door. We really liked the neighbourhood. Overall, this apartment exceeded all our expectations and we highly recommend it!

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!
