Amazingly restored fresco and stucco ceilings in both the rooms and bathroom, along with original floorboards, bring back the historic flair. The strikingly painted rooms are separated by a sliding door and the bathroom is accessible through the second room only. The balcony is accessible from the first room.

Our balcony room is 25 m² and equipped with a bathroom (shower, toilet and hairdryer), a desk with chair, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, safe and a sitting area. In the room there is a king-size bed (1.80 m). The balcony offers various seating options overlooking the green Parisian street. Even in winter, you can end the day comfortably with our blankets. The room is equipped with a Nespresso machine and a small refrigerator.

Our passion for decoration turns our hotel rooms in various sizes into small treasures. In every room there is a new design to discover with the same standard - good box spring beds, furniture, shower rooms and TV. The pictures are sample pictures for 8 different family rooms in our hotel in the backyard of a typical Berlin apartment building.

Our spacious comfort double rooms (35sqm) offer space for 2-3 people. In addition to a large double bed, all comfort double rooms have a separate seating area with a sofa or armchair and a desk. Some of the rooms also have a balcony. Enjoy this retreat and feel at home.
