We rent our beloved house with water plot in Bindow-Süd on the Dahme. With jetty for swimming. Boat house with three 1-person kayaks and a 2-person canoe. There is an inflatable stand-up board. The house (70sqm) consists of the small conservatory, living room with Sweden stove, small, simply furnished kitchen, the attic and the bedroom, see floor plan. Restaurants are very close to Greek about 50 m German cuisine 600 m. Shopping, doctor, pharmacy about 600 m. To the train station about 10 minutes (all on foot) and then in 45 minutes in the center of Berlin or in 15 minutes in Tropical Island. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place.

There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, Wi-Fi, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

The apartment itself is new and was prepared with a lot of love for detail. Located on the first floor facing south/west. On the south side there is a 5 m long balcony, with a beautiful view of the treetops.
